Since re-opening this 7-11 is trash.  The cashiers mess up orders, and then say they can’t fix it.  Don’t buy anything here.  Today I was informed that with my cough drops and gas, I couldn’t get cash back because I bought gas.  It would be nice if there was a sign up.  I am taking my business elsewhere.

Bought a cup for the free refill last week, this week they refused to give me refill. They're severely lacking in the customer service department. The clerk definitely didn't say anything about free coffee when you buy the cup. I paid for the coffee cup and a regular cup of extra large I got. They also didn't give me a receipt. So, stopping there on my way to work for coffee has officially ended. I don't recommend this 7-11 to anyone. Go to another one if you can. There isn't a sign that says open the cup in the store... It's shrink-wrapped. Unsanitary at the least.

Made a quick stop here and saw the clerk reach into the trash can, pull out a cup, rinse it of, and put it back in the cup dispenser!!! I immediately left and will never return! DISGUSTING!!!
