Filed complaints with corporate. For the 2nd time never again will we go into 2nd street store the manager has been reported again for accusing our family of stealing when we have not and corporate has now filed a case on the manager and store not only that but she accused and cussed at my wife and me and my brother case number has been given to us I pray she looses her job and that this store apologize to my family it's the worst store ever do not go in here we are also taking this to the city of Reno

This 7-11 has got to be one of the worst I've ever seen. From the way the employees talk the owners abuse the staff. Breaks are not given and often times they are understaffed. Women are scheduled working alone on graveyard shifts. (the neighborhood can be rough) The staff is poorly trained and tends to be very rude. The one thing that this location excels at is shoplifting.  Spend 5 min here and you will likely witness a shoplifter in action.

I'm giving them one star because that's what it took to be able to write a review.
CRAPPY service. I waited in line at the "grill" to place my order. When it was my turn the employee told me I needed to pay first. So, okay, waited in line till it was my turn at the register, told the employee what I wanted and was sent back to the original employee who said... "you got to pay first". I told him the register worker had sent me back to him. He wasn't budging and my only option was to get back in line and start over...again.
I left. 
I realize it's 711. I know they don't pay a lot and this one's in a tough section of town but this was over the top even under those conditions.
My advice, head south on Wells about 1/2 a mile. MUCH better crew working there.

I've got to say, this is the only 7/11 I've been to in Reno with such rude, untrained employees. Go to any other one if you appreciate being respected.
