One of the worst 7-eleven I have ever been to . The employees are extremely rude. The food on the " grill" looks to have been there for days. I made the mistake of asking if they had fresher hot dogs and the woman started speaking loudly to the other woman behind the counter in a different language. Was told by another customer when I got outside that they were cussing and insulting me in their language. I WILL NEVER GO INTO THAT STORE AGAIN. And I will advise all my friends not too as well.

Unbelievably bad customer service. Do not go into this store even if you have to. Avoid at all cost.

The so called manager overcharged me and she wouldn't refund my money. She was a big black girl. I shouldn't give one star I should get my money refunded and she should be fired.

I have a problem with people that want money but don't want to work. It's a major pet peeve. There's a particular haitian lady that works there during my lunch time. Everytime I ask her for a slice or a pie of pizza or chicken or anything that involves her having to move from the register, is like the end of the world for her. Last time I ordered a pie of pizza for 5 dollars I told her I don't want the one that's been sitting outside I want the on that's in the freezer. She gave me the rudest attitude and told me it's the same thing. Since she was already soo loud with it and people was looking as if it was a showdown about to happen I let it go and continued with my day. Today august 23rd, once again I go for 2 slices with the super gulp and she attends of course. So I asked quietly and as nicely as possible can she look to see if there's anymore pepperoni pies because I would wait for her to cook them so I could eat a fresh slice since the cheese Pizza that was already in the display looked like it had been there since 6am this morning. ONCE AGAIN she looks at me and said sir there's no pepperoni. I looked at her as if I wanted to walk back there and open the fridge and see for myself since she didn't budge to move and see if there was even a pepperoni topping just laying in the freezer lost and cold. Am very disappointed in 7 eleven customer service and am disappointed on this woman's enthusiasm. I will be writing a copy of this and maybe more to corporate to see if they can resolve this issue.
