Run down 7-eleven that lacks a decent selection of convenience store items. The hot chocolate was water and the store was not very clean.
Literally every loaf of bread in the store was at least a week past it's sell by date today but the clerks are still fine selling it. This store's selection is always less than expected mostly because the shelves are often empty. The food in the hot case is well below safe temp and several hours old regardless of when you visit. The people out front asking for assistance are no longer just asking for help, they're trying to get into your car while you go inside and will stand in front of the parking lot exits and will not let you leave until you've paid their toll. This store is a perfect example of franchising gone wrong. The parent company needs to do a mission critical evaluation, and bring a health inspector along with them. For a 24/7 location they seem to have signs on the door constantly stating they are closed for an hour or two and I personally have had an employee lock the door as I tried to enter around 1-2pm It's also interesting how many of these negative reviews have responses from 7/11 requesting insight on how to fix the issues but this specific location has been this was since at least 2010. It's very upsetting when the only neighborhood store for over a decade can't get it together **Edit** I'm not sure what the owner expectes me to report on their 3rd part app as requested. But it seems really sketchy they want additional info instead of just waking into the store and checking dates. How will the owners respond when someone becomes ill from the expired food they sell, and why isn't a healt inspectior visiting this location which sells hot food to the public for consumption?
The pizza was severely burnt and made me sick to my stomach. Avoid food at all costs.
Went there at 11:50pm and it was closed with a hand written sign on the door that said BATHROOM. Must have been a bad one. I waited 10 minutes and no one showed. Three cars full of people showed up and left while I waited. Either pay people more so you can get better people or pay for another staff member. To be closed is ridiculous. We don't expect quality or even good customer service. We do expect you to be open.
Went there last week at 4:30am to get something to eat. But instead found a handwritten sign that read "closed until 5:00am". No big deal, things happens. A week later, I try again, but I go at 3:00am instead. Then I found, yet another handwritten sign that said "closed until 5:00am". Why do you even have overnight employees, if they're not even going to open the store? If 7-Eleven is in the business of handing out free paychecks, they should send one this way.
Never open at night but always workers in the store sitting around doing nothing. Would give ZERO stars if i could. Don't even waste your time..
I would give it zero stars because this tiny black ball guy with glasses decided to be mean and rude to me. I'm black myself so this is not being racist. You guys have lost one customer because of this person that works for you. There is no need to be rude at all. fire him ASAP!
Don't eat anything off the grill they never clean it. The health department needs to shut this company down
Store at Broad and Meadow. Been coming there for over 5yrs. Great staff. Including tonight’s. March 6th, 2019 Staff was and has been awesome to me. Much love, brother.
The worst 711 experience in Richmond. Smaller selection than most, hostile staff and some of them don't even wear shoes.
