Closed from 11pm to 5:30am?? The overnight staff said angrily, "it's closed!" I asked if the manager set the parameters for closing even though it's described as a 24hr 7-11. He responded with, "I said it's closed! I said 5:30!" There are no posted hours of operation to rectify this contradiction. Very disappointed and I continue to get complaints about this issue with this location. I tried to hint to the incompliance happening, however. The employee in question, did not care. He was even kind of blatant with his disregard for me being served as a customer..
I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred at this Seven Eleven around 2:30-45 PM . I hope that the administration can address this matter promptly and appropriately. Regrettably, I lost my beloved cat two days ago, and I have been tirelessly searching for her ever since. In my efforts to find her, I have been distributing flyers throughout the neighborhood, including at your store. Upon my visit to the store, I kindly requested permission from a cashier to put up a flyer, which was granted. However, during this time, I encountered an employee named Marquita. While I was outside the store putting up the flyer, I noticed Marquita using the live broadcast feature on Instagram. To my shock and dismay, she began ridiculing and laughing at the post I had made, which offered a reward for anyone who could help find my missing cat. This behavior was not only insensitive but also deeply hurtful, considering the distress I am experiencing over the loss of my pet. Feeling understandably upset, I approached Marquita to inquire about her behavior. Instead of showing any remorse or understanding, she proceeded to violate my privacy further by displaying me on her social media without my consent. Subsequently, I returned to the store to seek assistance from management, only to be informed that work had just commenced for the day. It is disheartening to know that an individual like Marquita represents your establishment. Her actions were not only unprofessional but also displayed a lack of empathy and respect for customers during a vulnerable time. I implore the administration to thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate disciplinary action against Marquita for her inexcusable behavior. Additionally, I urge you to reinforce training on customer service etiquette and privacy policies among your staff to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will address it with the seriousness and urgency it warrants.
They were out of large coffee cups. The cashier stated that per Manager's orders that I should get a medium cup, not an extra large cup in order for me to be charged for a large cup price. Unfair practices. Poor customer service!
It's rare in this neighborhood to find a store where the people/staff know your name and treat you like a human. You can tell who is working by the way the store looks so I try to stick to the early hours when I shop here because the staff at night is not as tidy or friendly. I know my neighborhood has a lot of homeless people, beggars, and other varieties. They sit in front of the store all the time and it gets frustrating at times because you can never seen to enter the store without two or three people at a time asking for money or food. The staff had tried to remedy this by asking these people to move but I know there is only so much they can do.
advertised as 24/7 but closes before 10PM
This 7 elleven use to be my store when I first moved into this neighborhood. Every night before going to work I would stop in to purchase an extra large cup of coffee, and various snacks. Now I drive past it only to go to another store, they never have any extra large coffee cups if they do then they will have no French vanilla creamer. It's always trifling and always someone in the front of the store begging for my money. I only stop here in an emergency and as of yesterday when I stopped in no creamer. If I could take away the one star I would.
Too many people hanging around the store, a week ago I pulled up, and before I even got a chance to shut off the engine this guy started walking up to my car, so I backed up and left... I thought he was going to carjack me brand new car I don't know about coming back here.
I know the area of this specific location is not the best , because it’s so unsafe and there are a lot of homeless guys begging for money but it shouldn’t be that messy , the coffee section it’s always a big mess and usually never have fresh coffee only have one person working sometimes i go there only for an emergency
Store closed at 10pm. But it's supposed to be 24hrs. Not cool.
They are very unprofessional and do not speak English well. Should fire the entire staff there and replace them all. Especially the manager. He has an attitude problem as if he doesn’t like his job.
