Went today very rude and nasty manager I’m a driver and asked to use the rest room. I used plenty of times before thanks to the Men workers. She’s a woman you think she would understand I guess not. I also was making a purchase will not shop here and will not refer anyone here. Need diversity
I walked in the store like I normally do, tried to purchase an alcoholic beverage while the cashier and a customer were basically fighting each other, and upon walking up to the counter was insulted about my age and my relationship with the cashier.
Went on 4/16 about 855am, felt very out of place with the rap music and every swear word from the music and the employees singing along. They did have what I needed but I will be avoiding this store in the future, had the checkout give me a hard time the last time I was there just looking for a fight. The store could be a big money maker but anyone that is familiar with it probably avoids it also.
You’re better off getting a drink in the desert than going to see if this 7/11 is open after 1am.
The cashiers play obscene hip hop music loudly and stand there and vape as they wait on customers-with never a 'thank you.' After 711 took over from Wilson Farms on Parkside Ave in Buffalo NY, it immediately turned into a slimy place. Most of what they sell is sugar based products so don't even bother to go there to buy a household item.
Went in this store on September 2nd at approximately 12:15am and was parked in the parking lot for 5-6 minutes and my friend went inside to get waters then a few minutes later I went inside to get something else and the clerk was extremely rude. She was a older lady and she said “you’re lucky, I was just about to call the cops on you” and I was really surprised. I replied and asked if they call the cops on all customers. We went in the store twice to purchase things. We are not criminals and she just shocked me by saying that. Also made a really rude comment about me taking a cup for my drink that I was paying for.
People are friendly here. Usually stocked up
Employees don't check or have too much knowledge of their deals. Most likely they don't care..
Guy who works there predominantly is a jerk to put it lightly. He denied me and my 3 young children service in very hot weatherwas walking, no car, dehydrated from the heat, he wouldn't even accept my EBT for slurpies as well. Since this 7/11 is part of a franchise, they hold the same rules and regulations as most 7/11's and that INCLUDES EBT covering slurpies as I'd get them many days during every summer with not a SINGLE problem EVER. Except this guy, who was already snobby and rude towards me in the first place, unlawfully denied service, and the EBT situation on top of it all was really the worst convenience store experience I've EVER had in 7+ years. He was rude, and arrogant. On purpose. He even let customers before me buy their slurpies on EBT, yet he told me "7/11's dont accept EBT for slurpies" and that was the NICEST thing he said to me! It was a blatant lie and he knew it, he also knew that I saw others before me in line do the very thing he told me I COULDN'T. The ONLY difference between me and them was race me being Caucasian. I've never pulled any race card, nor assumed racism. I realize how ridiculous it sounds, and I'm not saying he is. I really just dont get his problem with me before he even spoke to me? I'm so disgusted. I've glossed over majority of the language said to me and majority of the issues in detail, as its too much to type or read lol. Bottom line- Unless you're in a pinch, DO NOT GO HERE. MAJORITY OF PEOPLE HAVE A PROBLEM/BAD VIBES WITH THIS GUY FOR GOOD REASON. He needs to be fired.
i just had the most disturbing, alarming, downright disrespectful experience i’ve ever had in a customer service setting at this store. i am beyond appalled that i was met with such hostility at our neighborhood convienence store.
