The food here is consistently a hit-or-miss affair. On one hand, you might luck out with fresh pizza, hot dogs, burgers, breakfast sandwiches and taquitos; on the other, you may find yourself faced with dried-out, stale, unappetizing options that leave much to be desired. Cleanliness issues further mar the experience, with a recent incident involving a health inspector or stocker highlighting concerns about filth, dust, and dirt around the counter – factors that can undoubtedly impact the quality of the food. Interestingly, the standout feature of this location is its staff, whom I believe to be of Ethiopian descent. Despite the shortcomings in other aspects, they consistently demonstrate kindness and genuine interest in how customers are doing. On the flip side, the gasoline quality is subpar, and I strongly advise against using it. It appears watered down, as my tank depletes surprisingly quickly, leaving me skeptical about its fuel efficiency. While this location may be the most tolerable among the three branches, it still falls short of earning a solid recommendation from me.
Got some gas from here and got some snacks. They got hot food up front with coffee and a drink and slushie machine. Drink are in the back theres a wide selection and theres a lot of snacks to choose from in the store. Clean store and clean environment with a nice staff.
Supplies often empty staff is often no help and very argumentative. I am often unable to use my points here and the staff again unhelpful. Q the fountain drinks are often only given water and no soda when the staff is notified they simply shrug it off. The freezer that holds ice cream a d frozen goods has been empty for months. No sugar for the coffee only a few cup sizes are available. Many caae to your customer service and I have NEVER received a reply
Its a 7-11. If the employees weren't stoned out of their freakin' gourds it might be a bit better... but it's a 7-11. The facility is well-kept and fully stocked with the typical junk food garbage you might expect-- 7-11 sure seems to be going for the tops in bad food-- and the folks who work here are pleasant enough. The gasoline facility is fine. There are occasional.problems with the air pump but that happens everywhere. Buy yourself a pump for ten bucks and keep it in your car. A fine place with baked employees.
Awful. Only accepted cash. $3.95 ATM fee $3.00 for coffee $2.00 for pint of milk they had none in dispenser One cup of Joe cost me $9 bucks
Just left there. I hardly leave reviews but this place is the worse. All hot food was burnt, the hot dogs she just put on, I asked could she put in microwave. Same oven they use for the 5 minute whole pizza, she put my hot dog on 2 minutes. Lol. Of course it was burnt to a crisp. PLEASE hire someone that can cook. I should've taken a picture of all that burnt food they have for sale. Smdh
This is probably the cleanest 7-eleven in the entire area. Never too busy. Once I had an issue with the air pump that they have outside, the cashier was very helpful, gave me the number to call for a refund. I did get a refund.
One of the worst 7 eleven. This is in walking distance from my home, but I'd rather drive 5 minutes than go to this place. Have been there several times. I cannot recall a single time that I could say service was good. I went there today after 3/4 months, and it was even worse than before. On every purchase, cashiers has to scan reward card if customer asks them to do. When I went to check out, the girl at counter was so quick to scan her own reward card before I put my stuffs down. That's ridiculous.
Extremely rude and slow service. The older guy behind the counter charged me for ice even though I bought four bottled drinks. Ice is supposed to be free it you buy a bottled drink. When I went to check out I told him that I wanted to do credit not debit. He acted irritated and insisted that I use debit. When I said no he cancelled my transaction and started again. The second time he ignored me when I said credit. When I pushed the issue he cancelled it again and rerung everything. The third time I just gave him cash and left.
Rude rude Ethiopian/Eritrean lady that works there. I put money in the air machine to inflate my tire and I noticed that there was no air coming out of the machine. So I go inside to tell the lady and immediately she is annoyed by my presence and rudely tells me "No refunds. Call customer service!!!" I then asked her for the customer service number and she refused to give it to me stating that it's on the machine. So I go back outside and look on the machine to find that there's no customer service number. Long story short is I went home and searched for the number on google and called to complain. Do not waste your money here. There are other 7-Elevens within walking distance with far better customer service.
