I understand the people who work here. They need sometimes to deal with difficult people.
DO. NOT USE THE ATM!!! My credentials were stolen from the ATM machine and use to fraudulently withdraw money from my account from a location in Hoboken. I had a BAD feeling when I walked in for a simple balance inquiry. I should have listened to my instincts and walked out.
The staff is not friendly but, the place is cleaner than the other Nanuet location and the hot drinks, slurpees and cold coffee tends to be full and in working order. I find it a nice change from the rt 59 location because store is more organized, so it is easier to find items and they tend to be quicker in scanning the rewards app and checking customer out. However, the staff is not helpful and there been times when the customer service is too busy, talking among themselves than helping the customer which is frustrating. In addition, there never seems to be deals there like the other branches I been to, which has special promos for drinks and food for the store, which makes place inconvenient, if your aiming to save money on your purchase.
Great coffee, friendly staff, free parking in a lot.
I love it there it has so many snakes definitely my go to for trips or even If I am walking around or bicycle riding I can get a energy drink that is the best place ever
This place USED to be great, but since the previous owners sold to foreigners it’s changed from a nice friendly staff to people who can barely speak or understand English. It’s a real shame because it used to feel like a nice family owned 711 which I gladly shopped at.
Place has had it's up and down s over the years. About midgrade for the chain. Parking can be a bit hectic.
Excellent store for coffee
Good place for what it is.
