Staff is pleasant for the most part... But make SURE you LOCK YOUR BIKE UP if your going inside for even just ONE MINUTE!!! I've already had 2 bikes stolen from out front...

Not 24 hours at least they weren’t there at 4 o’clock this morning

This 7-11 is ok, pizza is always a hit or miss with the freshness. As well as with other foods. The only thing that really sucks is all the homeless outside hanging out drinking and yelling.

This location has really gone down the drain these past few years. Cashiers/employees are pretty rude, seems like you never really get their sales prices, and today the cashier was on his earpiece and not wearing a mask. On top of that, a customer went in to shop without a mask and nothing was said to them either. I left the store in under 5 minutes but I definitely left feeling dirtier than when I went in.

I just tried to buy cigarettes and the past I bit comes with a .50 cents off coupon on the wrapper. I'm being charged $7.56 and the closest prices shown to my pack are $7.31 and #7.56. so I asked for the .50 cents off and he tells me he already did it. So I asked how much are these regularly? He turned around and held up a hand turning it side to side to say somewhere around that. I looked him in the eye and said really? I didn't have time to play games with stoned employees so I left without my coupon price. This store is a joke. Always dirty always busy and never accomodating. If I try to order pizza after 11 pm they actually tell me they don't have any and play up their language barrier. Nothing is more annoying than employees ignoring customers while they converse in another language. Last I checked America has only one language recognized across the country and that's English. I'm going to go out of my way to another store from now on. This place is just too lacking in the convenience department. Good thing there are at least another 3 or 4 in a half mile from where I live.  Get with the program already. Really.

Never ever buy their pizza! Hard as a rock, painful to chew and swollow and tastes disgusting! I think it’s so wrong that the worker had to have realize how hard it was when getting it out and into that little box and said nothing and had no shame giving that to me and my child. Also this place always has shady people in and outside hanging around and employees are always rude

I would not recommend going to this location due to customer service is very bad and I was accused of trying to get a refill price. I told the old man to check the camera to see I had a cup in my hand when I walk in but he refused as he stated that i was lying to him. He's call me a liar and very rude to me.. I told him that it's not about the price or drink... it about hime calling me a liar and rudeness towards me.. beware....

My 15 year old son was accused of using a stolen ATM card when in fact it was his with his name clearly printed on it.  They are rude and disrespectful, they take your money with attitude.  We will never buy from them again

Skipped this location. 4-5 Homeless approached my car as soon as I park. Was a woman, I didn’t bother getting out.

I would have given them a 2 star if they would clean their coffee station. Coffee is cloudy.
