So I was trying to fill up gas at 1am and the pump was running then the young guy inside was playing on his phone saw me and grabbed the restroom keys and ran inside the restroom this isn’t the 1st time either… sign on door says closed from 1AM-4PM for restocking and “cleaning restroom” he needs to be fired he wasn’t doing any of that and who needs 10 plus hours to clean a 24/7 store ????
Trash customer service. Everyday items always out of stock. Closed at random times. Just walked across the street in the rain at 10pm and they were closed and they couldn’t tell me when they’d be open. Close this trash store please so I can get a halfway decent store next to my apartment.
Inner city location. Homeless shelter is nearby so the proprietor acts accordingly in that he keeps a close eye on the place which is perfectly understandable. Doesn't really allow any screwing around in the store. You need to be there to buy something..in and out.
We have been going to this store for over 20 years. They currently hired this new guy that has stolen money from our card twice when trying to buy gift cards. Dont go here because their employees will steal money off of your credit cards.
The big lady with glasses that works there is very rude & always has a attitude towards customers, not only me but I see it with others before I cash out. She is always smoking or on break and has an attitude about it when we try to go in the store. Family members also complained about this same lady. This 711 needs employees that love to serve their customers, that lady has to go!
The best! Only 7-11 we go to! We usually only go after hours so we aren't in line with anyone. Charlene is great, she's super friendly and makes sure everything is fresh and nothing is expired unlike these other convienience stores that have no care but to get their money from stock. Definitely will keep mine and my family's business!
Kacey always is nice and treats me courteously when I stop by. The store is generally pretty clean and stocked. Pricing is good and of course the hours are super convenient.
Cash back up to $10 per transaction, friendly staff especially the lady who works the night shift, good selection, decent prices. Only real problem is that they close the bathroom at night from about 9 to 6 or so. But they have Horchata as a fountain drink!
Every time I go to the 7-Eleven they're out of cups creamer and most of all fountain drinks at ices and coffees and cold coffees nitros iced teas if it's not all of them it's usually multiple of them I could post every day that they're out of something.....
