I called to find out if they had anything in stock and it rang eight times before anyone picked up..."7-Eleven". Fail #1 and#2. Without a word, put me on hold... indefinitely. If your busy, INFORM THE CALLER FIRST then put the customer on hold. If you're going to search for the item, TELL THEM FIRST, then put the customer on hold.  Fail #3 and #4. All these fails within

Really good 7 eleven store, always go there for a snack. Don't think they have beer because of a elementary school being close by. Other then that it's a good place, parking lot is a bit complicated when busy.

Typical 7/11... only thing is the guy doesn't give the right change! Chrck your change, you might be missing money. Only reason im rating it a 3.
