This store has decided that it can OVERCHARGE for items and when confronted with their "MISTAKE" they attempted to create an ESCALATED SITUATION so that they could CALL THE POLICE ON ME! However, their tactics did not work and when the MANAGER was brought into the mix, he ATTEMPTED THE EXACT SAME TACTIC. For some reason, they also think that they have to POLICE THE DRINK CUPS. (A Security Guard would eliminate the problem?) In other words, you have to ASK FOR A DRINK CUP, PAY FOR THE CUP and then they WATCH YOU to make sure that you get DRINK and/or SLUSH! I do not think that this is 7-Eleven's SOP? I have alerted 7-Eleven Corp. regarding this situation as well as the Public Health Department.

Horrible Employee. A lil girl was getting a mocha and was going to add chocolate she realized there was no more available went to the counter where I was asked for more the cashier yelled to the back at another employee male and asked for chocolate and he responded in spanish there's already enough chocolate in here and looked at the little girl and her family . That was just wrong I said nothing because I did not want any thing getting out of control but it's the last time I shop here and I will make sure everyone I know goes across the street to the liquor instead
