Top 5 worst 7 elevens I've been to purchase and load my green dot card. Throughout 7 years of green dot reloading I've never had mishaps until this year and twice from 7 eleven this place being the second. The first one at 6571 el cajon Blvd took the time out and realized a new associate messed up the reload. He fixed it in an hour. I spoke to corporate about this and they're not doing their part. The man that works there is very rude and comes off aggressive. I asked him what was his name while on the phone with 7eleven complaint and he flared his eyes at me. I worked retail for 7 years and I would never do that to a customer. I called this store regarding my deposit and he rudely said don't call and hung up on me and I was respectful. The man's working but meet me somewhere else. Will update on the $200 deposit. It hàs been 11 days and still no answer. I will press the issue but I can't tell you how upset I am.

think about this if you went to your average restaurant you would have to pay probably $20 for a fantastic $7 pizza, they do it just right on the crust it ain't hard, and you can't beat the soda fountain refill you bring your own container, the only thing I don't like is lots of times the drinks are not full strength like they should be, they are water watered down so I am forced to put sugar in it, needless to say I am now addicted to their pizza and soda deals

Second time a 7/11 deal was posted next to the drinks and the employee in the store told me that the deal wasn't valid. 2 Monsters for 4.50 valid until 4/12. Which is funny seeing as how I've gotten the deal a couple times before and its been available everytime the coupon/sticker is posted. Posting a deal should be honored especially if it's within the timeframe advertised.  Side note: Employee inside asked me if I was going to pay cash or card and I said I was looking for my card and he wouldn't let me use my card. Instead wanted me to use cash for the sale and "forgot" to give me my change back for a good second. Weird exchange overall.  Edited to add picture.

I was over charged for a coffee refill. I been going to this store multiple times and purchase a coffee refills. I know the price. I tried to confront the store clerk and they say this is the price which was not true.

Never had a bad experience here. Staff always treat me right but I wish other customers wouldn't harass em so much

I am so dissatisfied. Used my Visa card at this location on Tuesday and everyday since Tuesday my card has been used at this same exact location. Without my authorization. I asked the manager to stop the transaction and they did not care to help me. I have made a police report.

Pretty good 711 as far as they go, staff is hit or miss. I get morning coffee here a lot and its usually fresh and well stocked. Amazon locker is great for pickups.

I have been shopping at this store  for over 20 yrs. I will not ever spend a single dollare in this store again as long as the employee  that i just had to deal with has a job working here. If i couldcould rate in the neg i would. To be threated, ordered to leave, and almost assaulted? Another cust said that i should just leave, there are other stores and nobody cares? Well i care. I should be able to shop at a store that i have lived next to and patronized for DECADES without being treated like this by some scumbag that happens to have a job here this week or however he has worked here. I hope to hear some response from the owner. This whole experience  has been disgusting.....shame on you sir and shame on this store.

This is one of the most awflul 7--ELEVEN i have ever been at. The people that work there are super ghetto, and just plain assholes. You would not want to eat any of the pizza , hot dogs, or any of their "hot" food. I have seen the same pizza's there for days . most recently the breakfast pizza. if you ask for help they pretend they don't speak english and even taunt you . Go Somewhere Else!!!! trust!!!

Seriously, just posting this review to compliment the register guy. Damn efficient and hard working. Whoa. 7/3 at 530pm.
