Some of the rudest staff I've encountered. They were out of straws, so while I was making my frozen drink I let the cashier know. He just had to make it known, with great exasperation, how much of an inconvenience it was for him to accommodate restocking the straws while he was dealing with customers in line. By the time he got around to the straws, I was already in line to pay. He had extra straws within arms reach but directed me to the freshly restocked straw bin at the other end of the store if I wanted one. I couldn't believe the attitude I was getting!

Why are you closed at 1 am. The clocks have not changed yet. They don't change till 2am then they go back. There is all kinds of people trying to buy things at this store. They keep pulling up or walking up and he won't unlock the doors.You are loosing mass money right now.

Went yesterday to load my card, there was a sign that said card reader doesn’t work but the attendant put it on my car no issue. Went back today and the other attendant pointed at the sign and refused to assist… lazy workers who don’t want to put effort into the job or customers. What a lame store experience

This place will rip you off. I would stay away from this 7-11 . They will charge you .10 for a plastic bag that you didn't get . And then get mad at you for confronting them.  Very shady people here.

I don't recommend this place and in case you drop by make sure you check prices of the items you are going to buy cuz they love to overcharge. I bought a median coffee mini croissants, 4 bananas and purified water 1 gallon  this was 10 dollars but I added a pair of gloves not even worth it this guy charged 20 dollars for them. Unbelievable I didn't notice until I checked my receipt

*Update* I just left the store. I’m across the street eating my donuts I bought but I’m done with this place man. I walked up to the door and it was locked and “Sunny” tells me I have to wait 30 minutes before he opens. So, here I am waiting when not even five minutes later a car full of, we’ll say non-African Americans pulls up and he opens the door right up all buddy buddy and just looks at me like..  Bruh.. he’s lucky I’m not that way anymore man. I’m done with it though. Y’all can have it.  Overnight guy won’t let me use my 7-11 wallet app and just lies saying it doesn’t work when I see him canceling it. Never had a problem with it anywhere else.

I came to this 711 to buy a Pizza after paying for my order the cashier then told me that I will have to wait outside until my pizza was done. It was not only cold but it was also windy outside. This has never happened at any other 711 before. He was rude and you never even explain to me why I had to wait for my Pizza outside. It really felt like he was racially profiling me. I'm not only going to leave a bad review on Google but I also left a bad review in the 7-Eleven app and I also called 7-Eleven headquarters. They should never ever treat a customer like that. They need to train their cashiers better or that guy need to be fired ASAP. I hope no one else ever get treated that way.

I've been going to this same 711 for about 6 years i know all the employees and their all really nice. But some new hires have been there for about 4 months now and are just the same except one of them this individual is very disturbing. Every time i go in with my lady he's always making me and her uncomfortable hes always starring at lady and young girls for like the age of 14 and up. The best way i can describe him is that he is always wearing a black beany and I'm sure other young couples have experienced the same thing. U guys at 711 need to put him in check because that's not the kind of person u guys want representing u guys makes all 711s look bad

I've only been here 2x to buy a big bite and both times the cashier has been a pig. I know I'm thick I know i have nice eyes and nice hair he doesn't need to tell me or say "oh you want a big bite? Where do you want it" NEVER going here again both times have been on Wednesday evenings

Cashier was super nice and funny. Tried to make a connection with everyone in line. Definitely didn't expect this at a 711. He's awesome.
