This place is absolutely not 24 hours. I’m sitting here at 2:56 and the doors are locked w no one inside or answering the phone.

This store has nothing but the best staff. Dennis Lane, the owner has a standard of professionalism that he requires. Nothing wrong with that. The young man on overnites, Fri into Sat is a great example of customer service. Friendly and polite. A compliment that nowadays is hard to give or get. Kudos to this young man. Kudos to Dennis Lane.

Kids on the  Cash register absorbed in their own conversation,  came up the with excuse that the machine  breaks if they check more than 3 lottery or scratch tickets ?????!!!!!!.  It is quite unfortunate that I have  to write a negative review to get through to the management..Especially when I've been coming to this 711 for the last 14 years.  My experience in the past was fairly pleasant but the last 3 times I've been in there has overturned  by poor customer service and conduct.  I know it's hard to find could help these days but they need to be monitored constantly as as it can affect your business..

UPDATE : I’m a Professional Photographer and this past Saturday night I used 4 of the 7/11 brand double A batteries in my eeternal flash unit - 8 hours of shooting and those batteries never failed!!! Best prices, friendliest employees, best coffee!!!

I just came from there and there was a white guy at 7:31, who treated me really bad, I was asking for a bag and he gave me without any simpathy and I said thank u and he didnt even answer. But the others there they are amazing just that guy today that he was working with a dark skin guy he is amazing
