Hit or miss. Texting is more important than waiting on customers. The cashiers act as if they own the place and are always copping an attitude. They'll close early and not care. Not impressed.
Person at counter mischarged me for a few items and refused to correct his mistake, even after I politely brought it up. Instead he played dumb and pretended not to understand the price issue. Will not be returning to this location.
Rude employee. Does not know what BASIC product I was asking for. I had to repeat multiple times and they didn't carry what I wanted, so he got an attitude and shook his head and rolled his eyes. Maybe without the attitude, I would have bought the alternative product but now I refuse to go there again.
This is the slowest 7:11 ever the employees don’t know what they are doing or how to do their job. Half the time they are on the phones while your there waiting. Also tonight I go in there to get my winnings from one of there skill games and they are trying to burn me and rip me off $80 telling me the ticket is not valid yet you locked the door behind me last night and told me to bring back to get the money tomorrow like are you serious!!!

Why haven't you changed your hours on here? It's been years since you were 24 hrs. People have Even complained on the reviews and you responded.
Besides the fact that it was unbelievable to park there it was your typical 7-Eleven. Not that clean. The people behind the counter did not speak a lot of English. Although the place was crowded. More than any other 7-Eleven I've ever been in. Their shows were pretty well stocked except for hot foods course it was almost 3 in the afternoon when I was there so maybe they just ran out I guess I would recommend this place if you were at the hospital across the street
If I can give this 0 stars I would!!!! The night shift is very ignorant . Tonight i went in there and the tall young guy with glasses screamed and cursed at my boyfriend and I when we asked for assistance. Then punched the counter and hit a sign that flew and hit me in my head!!! It was so rude and I would like to know who I can contact to make a report about this issue. I would like a manager to get back to me please. It happened tonight at 12:50am 11/23/17. Thank you.
Say they are open 24 hrs but went there and they say they close at midnight and open 5 am. Meanwhile the guy just sitting there at the counter and rude called and guy answered the phone was really rude
