Horrible customer service from one customer service less worker horrible experience. I purchased 4 items of juice. 2 glasses 2 bottles . The gentleman placed them a in one brown bag . He refused to offer me a suitable sustainable bag to leave the store . Then he says do you wanna pay 18 cents for another without even showing the bag . I said sir why wouldn't you offer me that from the beginning. I asked did he have plastic or a handle bag . Then he decided to argue with me back in Forth with customer standing around. He was not wearing a mask . Look at this bag . Customers was laughing with him as I was walking out . I asked him if he was the owner of this franchise and he told me yes . I would never go back here
Horrible ! After I showed the clerk he double charged me for a coffee still has a job. His explanation is I got another item for same price. Yeah I wrote to 7 eleven and still NoThInG . Thought that is thieves behind the counter. Watch OUT ! ! ! !
very bad store. i went there to buy chicken taquitoes. All 7-11 have 3 for 3 taquitoes. but this location wanna rip me off and asked me to pay $1.29 each. i was not satisfied with the price and i said i don't want to buy. the old guy started shouting and jumping and ask money from me. This location is there to rob people. Never go there. Avoid this location at all cost. There are many other 711 nearby with good customer service.
Employees always great, good crew, keep it up. Jason should be manager, he knows everything in and about the 711 store. Thank you.
7-Eleven ,They do have coffee, juices and some kind of fast foods..and it's very cheap too..but the place is good though
Not 24 Hours. After reading other reviews, it seems like it’s common practice for the workers here to lock their doors and wave you away as if they are closed when they should be open. Gross, and an awful representation for the 7-Eleven Brand.
Nice helpful staff. Love the decaf nitro brew either black or with flavour shot! Hope the replacement version is nice and strongly flavoured too!
7/27/20 -- I went to this 7-Eleven sometime after midnight to buy a drink and was buzzed in they lock the doors after midnight for security reasons -- it’s Elmont after all. The drink that I wanted was in stock. It looked like it was on sale too, but I couldn’t be sure, because the sale label didn’t match up with the item that it was under. I asked one of the clerks, who didn’t happen to be wearing a face covering at the time, if it was on sale; and he told me that the only way he’d know for sure would be if he scanned the item in question. I said okay and had him scan the item. The sale label said 2 for $5, but the clerk quoted a sale of 2 for $6. I pressed for clarification, “2 for $6, as in $3 apiece?” to which the worker nodded his head. He asked me if I wanted the drink and I said sure. I had him break a $20 bill, but before I left the store, my gut instinct told me to check to make sure I got the correct amount of change. Luckily, I did, because he only gave me back $14. I asked him about the remaining $3 balance, to which replied, “No, $6 cost.” I asked him, “$6??? For what??? Did you mean to say, 2 for $6, but you have to buy 2?” The worker hissed his teeth and started blaming me, claiming that he asked me, and I agreed to the charge. It was then that I pointed out something obvious -- he only scanned one item; not two. He muttered something under his breath in his native tongue, got all pouty, opened up the cash register, drew out my $20 bill, practically threw it back at me, and slammed the cash register shut. When the manager of the store asked what was going on, he started pointing at me; and again spoke in his native language. I usually give workers a lot of leeway. Something could be happening in their lives or they could just be having a bad day, but this worker’s behavior was truly unprofessional and downright appalling. Now, there are two takeaways here: 1 Their customer service needs a serious overhaul. Maybe more diversity in hiring practices or even diversity training itself could help with that. But, it’s Elmont. So, I wouldn’t get my hopes up. FYI: When you look around, you’ll only see Indian and Pakistani males; that’s it. 2 It appears as though the worker tried to scam me, by upselling me on the item. If I walked out of the store without checking my change, I’m sure that there wouldn’t have been an issue. I’m not sure if this sort of thing has happened to others in the past, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it has. If you’re shopping here, be careful! Remember to double-check your receipt and your change. For me, this 7-Eleven at 1571 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont, NY, is a definite pass. I’ll find what I need elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!
7/20/20- I was in this 7-11 a few days ago. The customer behind me wasn’t wearing a mask. Why are you letting in customers without a mask? Not wise during this pandemic. I will not be going to this 7-11 until the requirement for masks is implemented.
Hot fresh coffee at 5am, well done! Very polite staff. I will be coming here from now on instead of the other 7/11 location in the area.
