We went yesterday 12/07/2022; to buy hotdog and a soda , when my husband did order the cashier who I dont remember his name , tell him with very bad actitud ,bring it the cup to scanned like he was going to steal it , and the other cashier Maria told his co worker WHAT HE WANT , TO BRING IT THE SODA TO HIM ? the was very rude and unrespectful , so I ask her the name and she said Maria to your order , very mean , and rude, they never have the place clean , we ask for keptchup and the guy give me a few and I say thank you and he didnt bother to answer …..this people dont want to work and treat customer very bad …..very dissapointed and unprofesional place ….never going back ….they need to fired them and hire new employees nicer.

Never in the 11 years I've been going to the have I been treated so nasty. Every move I make an older lady blond short hair whispering negative. I do have regrets I'm a grown man taking inventory was in the greatest idea. I haven't had this behavior over 7 years. This rude elderly lady. Just brought out the worst me so regret there alot to regret.

Great service and convenience. Excellent location.  I don't know the associates name, but certainly to answer question. The body of the post mainly describes sssociates hair color and age , even suggesting not liking a customer just because of appearance . I believe the comment is discrimatory and not helpful.

I'm one of the local tattoo artist is in the corner. I honestly do not feel comfortable recommending this location anymore there is a short blonde elderly lady can't really pimpoint any more descriptions shes the night shift Honestly rude quick to judge a book by its cover and honestly isn't that any correct mood anytime I go for lunch or snack

Could someone please explain to me why am I enemy number One just after this elderly blonde lady was hired. She spoke to me like I've always been either threaten me those going to be a problem. Then commanded I buy something or leave.

The short blonde lady elderly age range needs to understand this is not the world she grew up in she cannot treat someone for the way they look. Asking a young man to not brows around her store buy something or get out I am disgusted

This was the most horrible experience ever.  The door dash man couldn't get my license to scan.  So, he had to take my whole order back.  I called  the 7eleven.  The women  with the black pony tail that answered the phone got mad bc I don't speak Spanish and she didn't speak English.  There was no manager in the store.  She told me it wasn't her problem n hung up the phone on me.  I went in person and she told me the same it wasn't her problem. She kept telling her coworker to not give me my order even though I had the receipt in my hand.  Finally, he told her why not she paid for her food and she has the receipt?  He gave me the cold pizza and the beer I had ordered. I found the number to customer service.  They where polite, and helped me with the issue. This has been a very bad customer experience.  No one should be treated that way.  Especially, because I did not speak Spanish to her. Her behavior and attitude was unacceptable.

What's there to say you have an uncooperatable blonde elderly lady having everyone else do her own tasks while profiling a minority It's been a Non-Stop problem since she was hired I've had liquid come out of my abdomen I believe I did developed something with the way she prepped the food she's biased and is only friendly when they're are Spanish customers to attend

When I got the pizza in there it was hard and the flavor was awful! That needs to be fixed or I just got an unlucky pizza.

7-Eleven on 132 and 88th Street has gone rock bottom this blonde elderly lady does not care about your needs she specifically told a client not to browse around to buy something or get out I don't understand what this location is becoming just know you lost my business
