This is by far the worst 7-Eleven I’ve been in. The guy only talk to the female in the store. Also, the carbonated soda water was connected to un carbonated drink selection. I can go on and on about this experience I did not like the way I felt when leaving this particular establishment. I really did not like the way this guy seem as if he did not give a.F$@# about my concern when I asked him about the drinks.
I've been addicted to Big Gulps for 40 years so I have been in A LOT of 7-11's. The is the cleanest and has the best employees.
Purchased a car wash while filling up only to find out the car wash is out of service. When I went inside to get a refund the employee working said he was unable to give a refund and offered no additional help beyond "come back later". Will not be giving future business to this location.
When you say Good Morning the guy behind the counter doesn't even acknowledge you, you say Thank you after your purchace....still nothing just looks at you? Not coming back #RUDE
I worked late , was hungry. I new 7-11 has some awesome pizza that they heat up for you . NOT TODAY , the clerk was not only rude but told me the oven wasn't working. Me being me , I walk over to it a little closer , to discover this guy was lieing threw his teeth. On top of everything, the guy never stands up , never puts guy phone down. It will be my last time . Oh , and get this . There is another 7-11 across the street. Guess who got there pizza.
Really zero, guy is always on phone, says nothing unless he has to. If he's outside smoking & drinking his drink be prepared to wait till he's finish. Never going back again.
Worst service yet. I requested a refund on my Exxon card because the clerk was having issues figuring out how to add gas and merchandise on one single transaction. I asked for a refund and was told I could not receive a refund and that they could not put the money back on my card.I asked for a manager- request was denied. Finally I recieved a receipt after I looked at it it said cash refund. I called the store and was told I would have to come back tomorrow. The clerk found this to be funny. However video will show that I did not receive a cash refund as will my bank statement from Exxon. Avoid this store if possible. Worst experience I have ever had at a convenience store.
Overcharged me for a drink and refused to adjust despite price tag clearly showing a price $1 less for the item. I asked and she started arguing with me about it. I'll just not go here anymore. Overcharging can happen, but arguing with customers over your mistake is a good way to lose them.
Employee wearing mask on chin. Not really doing much for the rest of us. Covid is still a problem right now. All time high. Prices on milk gallon are good though. Only reason for 3 star
3 male employees behind counter having a discussion with no masks on and in less than two feet apart. I refused to go in for a purchase. 12/13/2020 @ 5:50pm. This is concerning to me in the middle of a covid pandemic. I was a daily regular but not anymore.
