I had a good experience today at this 7-eleven. Got a hot dog big bite gansito snacks coconut water. The cashier was friendly. They had wings you could take home and cook. I’d go back. Shame there was an annoying homeless guy outside of it though

The store is pretty mediocre even for a 7-eleven but the employees have always been nice, I have some good conversations with the one guy at night. I've seen several people getting mad before at the cashiers over ridiculous things. I don't envy the workers that deal with the downtown crowd. I will update this if I have a negative experience but they've always been good to me. Some of these reviews are borderline racist. You people need to relax. Store is pretty meh though, it's small and inferior to the quality standards of Wawa with less food options.

If it were possible to leave less than one star for this 7-11, I would. The employees are lazy and unfriendly. I walked into this 7-11 about 1:30pm on 05/14/2018, for two slices of pizza. There was only one slice on display as usual for this location. I asked the woman behind the counter if she could make another pizza. She reluctantly put a pizza in the oven. When the pizza was done a very rude African American cashier boxed my pizza and placed it on the counter. When I asked for a bag, he seemed to be annoyed and threw the plastic bag on top of the pizza, not placing the pizza in the bag. I said loudly, "Can you put it in the bag?" He then said, "Calm down it's not that big of a deal."  Employees at this 7-11 are poorly trained, rude, lazy and should not have any job that involves customer service. The manager and the staff should really be fired.

I was recently at the movies located just above this 711. At the movies my boys and I purchased a large drink and popcorn to be able to have refills. I went into the 7-Eleven after my movie to buy cigarettes there was an extremely young female employee who was extremely disrespectful and rude to both myself and my children. She accused my son of stealing a drink refill from the fountain when we walked in with the cup that was already refilled from the movies. She kept on and on being extremely disrespectful and even proceeded to stick up her middle finger as we were walking out the door. I have been trying to reach out to this location to speak with the manager no one seems to pick up the phone.

The employee who told me her name was Rebecca was a young black lady and she was completely disrespectful and being judgmental towards. she's extremely rude,she does not deserve the hold a position at 7-Eleven asset I would recommend you take your business somewhere else this happened today at 3:42 September 12th 2019 Miss Rebecca as she informed me needs to have a workshop for sensitivity and anger management and maybe something for some respect towards others that she doesn't know. I would highly recommend management reprimanded her with a suspension or remove her permanently from any customer contact.   As she seems to be a very bitter woman with serious anger issues.

I took my little kids in to get a drink and use the restroom while we were at the weekly protests at Senator Rubio's office across the street.  As I was paying, an older white male cashier harassed us for bringing our poster boards in with us we were not carrying them prominently, just had them tucked under our arms.  He told me that we couldn't bring 'that propaganda' in the store and continued berating me even after I explained that my little kids were thirsty and I was a paying customers.  I'll never be going back there!

packs of homeless people stand in front of the store and stare into your eyes as if I owe them something.   upon entering im ordered to  leave my backpack on the floor while i grab what i need.  i got laptop and tablet in my backpack.   if someone snatches the bag and run.  7-11 wont chase after them nor will they re-imburst me. so i will go to wawa for now on. they let my hold on to my back pack

Little store - that makes the best Coca Cola slushies in large reusable cups. Great shop for a quick shop and a bite or a cappuccino.

Overcharging for cigarettes had to wait 20 minutes to get it fixed and then told me he could not give me a bigger coin because he's she handed me a handful of nickels

I STOPPED AT THIS LOCATION DURING MY LUNCH PERIOD ON TUESDAY 9/19/17 . WHEN I WALKED IN I WAS WITNESS TO TWO YOUNG AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN WHO WERE CASHIER'S ON DURING THIS TIME AT THIS LOCATION NOT PAYING ANY ATTENTION  TO THE CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF THEM AND ALSO ON THEIR CELL PHONE TALKING AND LAUGHING AMONGST EACH OTHER TOTALLY IGNORING THE CUSTOMERS. IT WAS DURING LUNCH RUSH SO THERE WERE ABOUT 5 OF US IN LINE. I ASKED IF THEY COULD PRESS MY CUBAN FOR ME AND THEY RUDELY TOOK IT OUT OF MY HAND AND PLACED IT ON THE PRESS. AFTERWARDS I WENT TO QUICKLY GO GET A FEW OTHER ITEMS AND THE CASHIER WHO RUNG ME UP WAS WITHOUT ANY PLEASANTNESS AS SHE GREETED ME TO CASH OUT. SHE WAS RUDELY STARRING AT ME WITH A DIRTY UNRESPONSIVE LOOK ON HER FACE AND KEPT SNIDELY ASKING THE OTHER CASHIER IF IT WAS DONE YET AND LAUGHING. I WAITED AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINS AFTER CASHING OUT ON THIS SANDWICH THAT I HAD GIVEN THEM BEFORE CASHED OUT..... KEEP IN MIND THIS WAS THE WHOLE REASON WHY I HAD GIVEN IT TO THEM. THEN THE CASHIER THAT WAS PRESSING MY SANDWICH CAME OVER TO ME WITH A DIRTY LOOK ON HER FACE AND DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO ME LIKE HAVE A GOOD DAY. THEN WHEN I SAID THANKYOU TO HER FOR THE BURNT SANDWICH AND THE RUDE SERVICE I EXPERIENCED SHE VERY RUDELY REPLIED YOU ARE WELCOME. AS I LEFT THE STORE I STOPPED THE STORE MANAGER WHO WAS OUTSIDE AND NOT A WITNESS TO THIS RUDENESS THAT WAS TAKING PLACE INSIDE HER STORE. SHE TOLD ME TO CALL THE CS COMPLAINT # AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT I DID. I DEAL WITH PEOPLE EVERYDAY AND IF I ACTED AS RUDELY AS THESES TWO CASHIER'S OF YOURS I WOULD HAVE NO JOB!!!!!
