What's the point of listing yourself on Postmates only to then tell the driver you no longer do pick-up orders when they arrive?! Take yourself off Postmates then! Wasting my time AND taking my money! Not only that, tried calling the store but the number listed isn't even in service!! Terrible customer service. I'd give it no stars if I could.
The cashier was friendly. But the store was dirty the floor was sticky drink station was dirty and un stook not one single napkin. Chile from the nachos was not good paid for a large nacho and all gone to the trash.
Lived a few houses down for most of my life. While the previous employees were all extremely rude and uneducated on where many things were located, the new people hired recently seem to be nice and helpful so I'll give 4 stars instead of 2.
RUDE cashier was buying mini beef tacos and i asked for fresh ones after paying, he immediately showed signs of being annoyed. When he was preparing the new ones, he used his BARE hands without washing them ! So he came back to the register and said they'de be ready in two minutes and i told him i didn't want them any more and he raised his voice saying "i already put them in !" And i told him "yeah with your bare hands after handling the money" and i just walked out, didn't even ask for my money back cause i did not want to deal with his attitude.... worst 7 eleven EVER!!!!!!
Never been to the store. Never been in La Puente Ca. but, I had my debit card compromised and was used in their ATM machine 3 days ago. I live in Washington state Hoping the video was working on the ATM so the criminals get caught. The 5 stars are in hope the jacka$$ gets caught.
I live right down the street from this store, but will go all the way to the one on Merced. There is only one staff member here who is polite, but the others are horrible. I went in yesterday to use ATM machine and had a lotto ticket with a replay. I handed it to clerk and told him it had a replay on it. After the ticket printed out, he didn't hand it to me, but just dropped it. It slid down between the wires from the machine and I had to dig between to get it out. He didn't apologize at all and just walked away as if I wasn't there. That was the final for me and this location. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE....PERIOD!!!!
I am a regular customer to this store until Saturday nite I went to buy beer gave the cashier a 100$ bill and the change they gave me back one of the 20$ bills we're fake!!!! Took the money back and they acted as if they didn't know how I was until I asked to corporate numbers or higher supervisors smh BE CAREFUL PEOPLE THEY COULD BE DOING THIS TO OTHER CUSTOMER!!!!! I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK!!!!
Live locally to this 711. Don't know why people have issues with the cashiers, I'm in and out of the store then again I've never gotten food here... I'm there for the quick buy things.
There is a couple of guys that work here that are very rude . It's like they rather people leave than spend their money there . I live 2 doors down from them but I will be going further to another 7-Eleven . I will not be shopping here no more !!!! I'm only putting one star because I have to in order to place my review or they would get none !!
One of the employees were flirting with me and another was glaring at me. Nice people though just got a weird vibe.
