Usually I get a warm welcome or at least a hello but, this time the man didn't even look up at me and put my things on the counter that I needed he rang them up and that was it. It was very cold and impersonal which I've never had at any 7-Eleven before

Don’t buy milk here unless you want spoiled milk with even if the expiration date says it’s good for another week

You employee is rude and dishonest. My daughter bought a bag if chips at around 6 pm and he charged her $4 when it was supposed to be no more than $2.75 or $3. He gave 15 cents or less in changed and gave her a lottery ticket. When she said, I did not ask for a lottery ticket, he took the ticket from her because she is underage but did not provide her with the correct change. If it was a misunderstanding for a purchase, he should have given her the correct change. I called to speak to him and he hung up on me twice. It is not about the money.  It is the bad custermor service. I'm filing a complaint with BBB and reporting tou store to the Health department per the post regarding your dirty store. This happen on 2-17-22

Fountain drink area was filthy, and disgusting. Ice dispenser was dirty  on the plastic area pic. Also the bottom strainer was full of cup o noodles pieces. Health and safety issue...

Price scam they charge more at the regester than items are marked would avoid this location!!!

Same complaint as all others. The arrogant worker here is really a piece of art. Do not come to this 711 all other 711's are very hospital workers and much cleaner. To the owner I believe this particular location needs a reassessment out of all other's in the area this one has the poorest score and with a prime location it can be a lot better bro.

When The ladies ate working there, the "quick food" hot dogs, chicken, pizza, taquitos is always well stocked & fresh.  There are plenty of cups & lids for slurpees & fountain drinks. They also are very friendly.   When the young man who seems to be there all the time is there,  there is very little fresh food. And what is there looks hours old.  He is also always on his phone, via. Bluetooth. Many times, when he is there, there are no small kids for drinks & Slurpee.  He does not have engage with the customers, as has too busy on his phone.  He's very unprofessional.  If I see him there, I turn around & leave.   The young man who seems to always be working every time I go there, is always on his phone, via Bluetooth.

I just spent a good 20 minutes  writing a review, and when I went to hit 'post' I noticed words had been changed------- which happens constantly.  So I'm frickin Done

Gentlemen close 7-Eleven store because he did not want any customers

Needs retraining. Tried to get coffee at 4am. The store clerk had 'locked' the doors by tying a towel to the handles and told me they were closed. Turns out he was mopping. Tried to give them another chance. I get offers for snacks on my phone, but a different store clerk wouldn't scan my app for a buy-one-get-one because he said, "It's only for coffee." I'll just go to the donut place across the street from now on.
