Sometimes apple or Google pay doesn’t work. They need to fix their ingenico machines. It’s happened repeatedly and it’s annoying.
I purchased an uber card but the sales person told me that the uber cards are now in the receipt bc it has a pin on receipt. When i entered pin it didnt work. I immediately went back to store and told the sales person. He attempted to put code in too hut it didn't work. So i asked for a refund ir replacement and he told me that he couldnt to speak to uber. After a week of discussing my situation to uber they said they are not accountable because pin was never entered to go back to 7 11. Ive been calling and trying ti arrange a meet with the manager sam but he keeps avoiding me. 7 11 stole my 20 dollars
Cashier was rude and disrespectful, what a great way to treat your customers! The food was either overcooked or was obviously sitting there for a Very long time. Don’t advertise what clearly isn’t fresh. The bathroom was a mess and disgusting. The list goes on but needles to say I will never be coming back here EVER!
I come here almost every night after work and the man that is working always goes out of his way to make me some fresh hot food whether it is a whole pizza or a bunch of taquitos. .
The staff is super nice m. Great service!
Be careful not to buy there ,chicken wings because they're nasty ,the young guy used the same clove to hold the door and to prepare the food then it gets better the older man drops the spatula on the floor and never even washed it, SMH I just pay for the chicken wings, because I was raised right and tell them I don't want it,I got food poisoning before so I pay close attention to my food especially at fast Foods Chains,the management needs to check these places on a daily basis, they need to be training how to wash utensils,check your camera
Got delivery items that were different from what I ordered.
Most of the time they have only one person working at the register Bathroom is always dirty and seems like owner having trouble getting people to work , plenty of parking parking lot also needs work
Very bad service and price different than all the 7 11 more expensive . I never back here again
It's always dirty the people that work there are rude. There's always stuff on the floor
