The ppl who work here are nice. They’re the only thing that keep me coming for real. I notice workers changing a lot lately… and disappearing. I get the iced coffee but I have to mix it with the regular coffee to get any type of caffeine. The store is often very very dirty. The workers can’t clean and ring up 10000 people so it gets neglected often. The last time I went was probably the worst. The floor was covered in mud as usual but more this time. Drink cups and juice thrown everywhere. I saw a roach once. The owner should take more pride in his building. I wonder if he even visits.
Wow we are very sad with the Hopewell, VA Location. We just left the store. My husband came in to purchase two sodas. He went to the cash register to pay and your cashiers were wrong 3 times. That is not the issue we all make mistakes. However the person who came over was certainly upset because she told my husband that when he used the 7-11 App it would refund him. My husband pointed out that that's not how it works. She didn't understand how the app worked? Then she was rude and your Hopewell Store just lost business. I have been in the Customer Service business all my working history, in fact both my husband and I worked for 7-11. Anyone that works with the public needs to understand if you want to keep business in your store you treat your customers well. Thank You
The workers are nice and polite. But the coffee is disgusting. I have been going here every single morning and da actually 2 or 3 times a day just for coffee. It has been burnt or old. Why???? It's not hard to do my grandkids could make it for you. Guess back to WAWA. This is the sore on West Broadway. Update......they have improved Tremendously on coffee. I went in tonight 2-9-22 around 9pm and thhe coffee was fresh. Just they could use some help only one lady working tonight and she was trying no she was getting it done. She works by herself alot. And she gets more done quicker than when they have 2 working. She really deserves a raise!!!!!. Thanks for the improved coffee.
Completely rude and ridiculous, staff doesn't wear masks correctly however they are rude as hell to customers... Making policy on the fly, we won't pay if you win at our gaming machine. Just complete ignorance... It's not the cashier it's a bottom feeder manager, who sits in the office all day. On a side not now I understand why they have basically zero staff! Re-shape this store management with friendly people or lose more customers... I live close by but will plan to go-to another location now!

The older lady who works nights is awful. Everytime I go in there she has an attitude. I dont think Ive ever seen her smile. Then she is behind the counter complaining about everything. The customers. The owner. The other employees. The other night shes talking about calling the Better Business Bureau on the place. Just shut up and ring up my big bite. Jesus.
Kiss poor customer service in the evening so please dont go if you dint want to get rung up 20 minutes after standing there. She took everyone else instead of asking then when I proceed to say something the lady behind the registrar got nasty! You need new people behind the counter that know how to do their job!
Always appreciate the Broadway store...I live out of State now but, always stop there when in town.
Check expiration dates and get a receipt, they've sold me expired products twice now. Three month old candy. Smh
Wants to make you wear your mask but the owner doesn’t wear it properly over his nose and mouth and takes it for a joke
