Do you like your coffee set-up facing Charles Street? There's a lot of other things in here, but don't think you need to visit Baltimore City just to purchase from a convenience store.. Wow.

They literally accused me of stealing a 3 dollar bag of chips when I didn’t. The guy was on the phone with the manger I’m assuming and they were both being disrespectful. I never stole anything in my life. I was in the store for a bit waiting for my boyfriend and I’m not sure why they accused me but I’ve never been more offended in my life. I’ll never go back as they made me extremely uncomfortable

This store is usually pretty good.  I wanted something different this morning, iced coffee, and there were so many choices and while a staff member was close by cleaning, they didn't offer help.  I finally muddled through it. I have over 61,000 points but the clerk didn't apply my purchases until another employee came over and helped.

The pizza was hot and tasty. No issues with checkout. Not the best stocked 7-Eleven, but good enough for Sunday at 7 a.m.The worker on duty even remained calm while dealing with a hostile customer who entered the store demanding a refund for something. I appreciated too that he didn't make a big deal about me staying in the store to eat my pizza since it was ridiculously cold outside.

Nice.. but I left my money in the car. Went to get it. Came back & he put my donut back in the case. On Top of other donuts. I asked did he put it back. He said Yes. Then after my reaction said no. He said he tossed it. But the one in the case looks exactly like the 1 I had b4 walking out of the store. I could’ve done anything to it.

The store is dirty, has homeless people posing as if they work there and to top it all off they never have sleeves for coffee cups. Needs new management

Today I went to this 7-11 to buy a drink, and the cashier Mohammed overcharged me on purpose and didn’t give me the receipt!  I tried to use my card at first, then he claimed that it doesn’t work I’m sure they rigged the machine on purpose so this happens, because my card never had any issues at any 7-11. When I tried to pay with coins, he said they don’t accept coins.  I was in a hurry so I gave him a 20 dollar bill and he only returned me like 7 dollars for a drink that cost only 2 dollars.  Someone should notify the police about this.

BE CAREFUL - the cashier here will try to overcharge you if you don't pay attention.  I bought something advertised as on promotion, and the cashier charged me for a bunch of random things adding up to higher than the promotion or any other 7-11 in the area.  When I challenged him he said "price is different here". They should honor advertised promotions and be honest not trying to sneak on additional charges.  This has happened to me multiple times at this location so it wasn't a one-off incident.

The store is always well stocked and relatively clean, but the staff always act as if they are doing you a favor by ringing up your purchase, and they are downright rude. As a customer it isn't an enjoyable experience, there is another store two blocks away, it's worth the walk.
