Kind of weird here late at night. The guy was literally mopping the parking lot with just a mop head no mop stick and he had to be mopping the pump we were at. It was very odd. Also, I had swiped my card at a diesel pump on accident and they couldn't cancel the transaction. Had to wait for the pump to turn off in 10 min. Overall it was alright.

Such a great experience in this store The guy working there named George helped me with ongoing deals to get more stuff and good customer service

Prices  listed on shelves are not the same price when you get to the register. The clerk refuses to make a price adjustment. One clear example is the Gatorade that’s 7 feet away from the counter. This didn’t happen just one day but a week straight. Hot food that is on sale are not available only hot food that isn’t.  It seems that they want to take advantage of ups union and management employees, since they are the only ones open around 3:45am till 5am when we take breaks and or lunches

No public restrooms. Really tough if you have a 4 year old on a road trip. Was going to get gas and concessions there but was forced to move on so my child could use a restroom.

Horrible Rotten customer service.  Mr just ignored me having an issue with a transaction while he sat and talked on a personal call.  Then told me I could not purchase something that I always purchase on my EBT.  Proceeded to argue with me, and then shooed me out and told me to leave.  I dont know if this 711 has changed management, but I have never had such horrible customer service.  Every time I go here almost always someone has a rotten attitude.  These workers are lazy too.  This store used to have a great team, before they switched management.

I always make it a point to stop at this particular 7-Eleven, either before or after my quarterly visit to my primary physician. This store is very large and the amount of groceries/condiments that the sell - especially the items that they have "on sale" - always present me with a very righteous deal, as after I'm through with my visit, I'm usually quite thirsty. They always have really good deals on their Starbucks Coffees, Gatorade, myriad flavours of soft drinks and many other snacks. Since it's quite a ways back to my apartment - in the inner city - I always make it a point to stop here, for a quick snack or a couple of drinks. Their associates are very polite and my "check out" is always precise and fast ; their store is also always very clean too - both the interior and the exterior - which are things that I look for, whenever I stop and shop at any convenience store, are always in order and they seem to have a following of "regular customers," as a number know them by name, which - in my opinion - is a very important attribute. Their gasoline prices are usually lower than their competitors within their local area and they keep many often needed automobile necessities in stock...

Within the past few montha and my discovery  of the infamous $1 coffee I have frequented plenty of 7-eleven's. This one is definitely ranked in the top three. Incredible coffee set-up. Large selection of creamers, coffee, and add-ins. To top it offliterally ;  they had whipped cream available. Additionally, well kept and clean. The two men working the front were very sweet as well. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

Too ignorant to load money on their prepaid 711 card. A year later and still can't load their own card.

Great location and satisfactory customer service. There are two gas pumps that are specifically made to only pump diesel fuel and they are located near the center of the gas pumps. That is somewhat different than what most other gas companies do and it could be an inconvenience for customers when there's heavy traffic in that location so make sure you choose the correct fuel pump. Other than that they're pretty clean and convenient.

Just came into the store to get some ice and gas everything went great. This 71 has really good soft ice.
