I recently visited this location and I noticed just like the North Dale Mabry location the staff does not treat Afrcan Americans with the same respect and customer service that they treat other ethnic groups with. I personally will use my purchasing power and stop shopping at all 7-11 stores. I will share my experience with family and friends and tell them to do the same. I may very well be only 1 that stops spending money in/at 7-11 it a well thought out decision that I am taking with me to my grave. I will also seek news outlets and radio stations to see if I can share my experience and what I have witnessed and experienced.
Been coming here for 3 years now, never had a bad experience with Sam and Angie. Received excellent service and walked out with a smile on my face.
2018MAR21. Does NOTgive receipt at pump. Must "See Sales Associate Inside". Pump #1 doesn't work properly. It stopped every few seconds so you don't know if it stopped because the tank is full or because it just stopped. My tank was almost empty but I gave up at about 8 gallons.
They should train their staff, they just treated me badly like trash, also in Spanish because she knows how to say it 305 in English, a lack of respect

This 7 eleven has been recently remodeled. It’s clean the employees are friendly and happy to help a customer. I visited this location a few hours ago and a had a pleasant experience. Drea who was working behind the counter was happy to make a fresh order wings for me this late in the night. I truly appreciate the great customer service and will definitely return. Thank you!

If I could give a negative star I would give a negative 10. I have had some of the worst experiences in this particular gas station by the the stadium. For starters they are extremely slow and it seems like they can't manage to keep anyone from more than a week. They constantly make mistakes while ringing you up and today I was charged twice on my card when supposedly the first $50 transaction didn't go through. Every time you go there no matter what the time is there is people hanging out in front of the store asking for money. This is becoming a common nuisance and I Can Only Imagine how women must feel when these guys are hovering by The Doors. Managers are aware of it but do not seem to care. I am absolutely fed up with the poor customer service and lackluster atmosphere provided by 7-Eleven. I'd rather go out my way and drive down to Wawa from now on!

If I could give zero stars I would. I just witnessed An employee cursed out a customer who was asking for a receipt. She called him every name in the book in front of his small child and other customers. The man,who apparently has more class than the trash bag employee, was very polite and told her he just wanted a receipt. The place is filthy and disorganized. Whoever owns this place needs to vet their employees better or train them on good customer service or maybe they just don’t care. Stay away from this dump!!
