Supposed to be 24 hour store. It’s 10:14pm. Dude behind the counter just watched as 5 people accumulated outside in 22 degree weather with the doors locked - literally refused to acknowledge our presence. No sign saying they were closed hours are 24/7. He finally came to the door after leisurely doing what he needed to do and was a total prick when we simply asked what the stores hours were. Complete POS. Never again.
Why did the owner put one person on an overnight shift at this store? I heard that rubbery put a gun in Clark Sunday night almost Monday morning at 3 am. and also put their lives in danger. Take everything they want, I was so shocked because the guy who works there works harder. I am a loyal customer to him even though he doesn't have any off days and takes care of his family When I ask people questions, I know the rubbery thing isn't the first time. My question is, what are the rules for 7-11 putting people in danger because the owner thinks about his annual sales and does not care about employees? Can you imagine how many children are without a father if he is no longer alive? I really want to know what the owner did and why. The 7-11 companies need to look at employee life, not only the money they make. I know he doesn't want to pay two people at night to save money, but all those who work at 7-11 are hard workers, even when I see people commenting rudely. Even 7-11 companies and the owner are responsible for the mental damage done to this person. All of us have family members who care about us, whether we are doctors or 7-11 employees. Therefore, this is not an easy task. How many times has a rubbery needed to teach this owner or change the rules at 7-11? It would be helpful if I could get an answer to this question as a citizen of the United States.
My orders through grubhub have never been 100% accurate. Whether it is due to laziness or what. The overnight guy is super rude. Everytime i have come here he rushes through the payment and skips over the benefits part. He fully ignored me the last time i came in because i asked about putting in my number and took a whole other order instead. Then he ignored me after i finally got to pay so i told him to keep the receipt. I ordered pickup through grubhub to make sure the order was actually correct this time and it was super delayed. He gave me an attitude when i asked to pick up the food and told me it would be even longer of a wait than grubhub initially told me. If this location weren't so convenient, there is no way in hell i would have given a second chance. Fix your issues. Its 2022. Thanks.

Love that they're open all the time even in the early AM for things you need in a pinch! Ended up needing laundry detergent and Advil in the middle of the night and it was conveniently delivered when no one else was open.
staff is really nice and friendly
bad service I asked to use the bathroom since I'm a customer and they didn't let me and they also didn't let me put my phone number for my points bad service disgusted with this horrible
They just stole a $50 winning lottery ticket from me. I had a $40 winner and a $50 winner. She scanned just the $40 one and I said there’s two of them and she said I only have the 1. I will be contacting corporate

I went there at 2:30 am and I asked for chicken wing he said no more food because he was cleaning ! That's not right I think he didn't wanna cook ! I went there at 3am before they always make chicken wing for me ! Then I buy something else I give him the money then he throw the change to ! He's so rude !! I hate that I need the manager to know about that !
