The three times I have been to this location have all been bad experiences. Today 2 items that I purchased rang up at wrong prices. I told the cashier they were wrong and even walked back to them snd told them what the correct prices were. He said he would fix it but proceeded to ask me for the price on the register. When I asked him if he was going to change the amount owed he said no that it is too complicated for him to do that. That is absolutely ridiculous and customers should only have to pay the marked price for items. The other two times that I have been to this location they were very rude.
The employees are really not customer friendly. A nice random person had to help me out because the staff couldn't be bothered.
Beware what they charge you at the cash register or you'll be ripped off! The price that rang up was more than the price posted on the shelf and they would not back down!
The ONLY reason it didn't get 1 star is because the night time employee, James, is the best employee they have. He's always busy when I come in, never just standing behind the counter with his nose in his phone, he actually greets people when they walk in. The other employees r just rude and the old man tries to over charge me for something every time he rings me up,, and waits to see if ill notice,, he only got me once but still tries every time, makes ya wonder how many other ppl daily he gets over on.. The icee machine is always out of syrup, they charge $8 for a gallon of d@#n water!! Only store around the industrial area, can we say, 'Price Gouging?!! And the hot food is always older than i am.. The store is just gross up close, ever heard of a deep clean? And the parking lot is so disgusting I won't even park in it.. Unfortunately its the only store near me open when I get off work, so I don't have a choice.. Just because y'all have the after hours biz cornered down there, doesn't mean you should stop giving an eff about the customers, we DO pay y'alls salary, remember that..
Moderate yikes. The low average reviews of this 7-Eleven location are well deserved. This one is uncommonly gross. Mold on a broken ice dispenser, uncleaned coffee machines, countertops covered with spilled drinks, drink cups that come out of the dispensers already sticky... This is not so much a messy day as serious neglect. I would not risk eating the food at this location. Compared to some of the five-star 7-Elevens along the I-5 corridor... ...this one is not great. It's even worse than the Gresham ones, or the ones in SE Portland. 1 star added because it's a rough part of downtown/industrial Portland, and it's decently impressive that they're operating at all.
This is a high volume 7-Eleven in a warehouse district surrounded by poverty and not far from the disgustingly wealthy residents of Portland. You might see the latest Tesla model or a Burnside limo homeless shopping cart in the parking lot. All‐in‐all considering the many challenges this location deals with they do an excellent job. It's always clean inside which in itself must be a monumental task. The cooked food isn't great but it's worth what they charge for a quick bite in a rush. I actually like their boneless wings on a stick! Please remember: the staff here deals with a lot so whatever attitude you give them you'll get back twice over, good or bad.
Lady in here charged me twice for a transaction I showed her went through but she insisted that I pay cash n that it hadn't. This lady litterly stole 10 dollars from me n refuses to even give me a receipt for the cash transaction. Be careful how many times they make you swipe you card these ppl shady
Love this store the clerk was very friendly and very helpful. She went out of her way to make me somthing I wanted in the hot box when I didn't see what I wanted in there. She was very nice.
Employees not wearing their mask. I’ll go elsewhere. This store has gone downhill, expired hot food out, very messy, just disgusting.
Not really sure if u would want to go at odd hours if so bring protected back up and a friend. Questionable characters lingering around and was approached in the store by a man claiming I was his long lost sister. Argued that a good 5 min throughout my shopping. Urrrr this is sad for these people who need help and all they have is 7 eleven
