The one who works at this time 3:10 pm on May 23ed 2021 should be smarter than that , when customers ask about something he must do it as the customer wants not as that worker want it to be , when say separately it means separately not in one ticket, the worker answered “ i hit it already “ but i told him how i want the tickets before he hit anything. Thank you 7/11 for your hard work in general.

I tried coming in here to use the promotion they had on the window. When I tried ordering at the register the guy just said he wasn't doing the promotion. I asked why and he just put his air pods back in and ignored me

I just wanted to highlight a positive experience I had at this location earlier this morning 3/9/23. I stopped by before taking my daughter to school and the employees were very nice to us and one of them even gave my daughter a banana to take to school. This location is nowhere near my house but I will make it a point to shop here more often. You can't beat great service.

Very rude owner. The entire parking lot was empty which belonged to other shops too. But he wouldn’t let us park even though we were going to make a purchase at his store. I recommend not going here else you will lose a piece of your mind

Rude cashier was furious and throwing stuffs.

The moron behind the counter was discourteous, rude and incompetent. Had zero knowledge of anything in the store and lacked communication skills. He also got two of the customers’ cars towed while we were there stating that their cars were parked for more than 15 min. Perhaps has some tie up with towing companies from whom he gets a cut for every car towed. This is unprofessional and he should be fired.

I never made a complaint in my life but this guy was a totally jerk i was in there to buy some snacks as i reach my way  to the counter the cashier snatch my juice i didnt think much of it ...... since i also work in retail ..and i just thought he was having a bad day...... any ways I was trying to buy items with my  debit card...... he tells me to use my chip but I  try to explain that my chip doesnt work and then he yells and tries to snatch my card.... and told him Me: no its okay I  can slide my card Cashier: you are wasting my time. I am trying to help u. Me : remains quiet Cashier: you  can stop wasting my time and  get out of my store ..... at the time i already i slide my card and the transaction was approve and i am ready to leave when he starts to yell at me again telling  me how I was a big waste of time .... I was just in shock so i asked for  a manager He tells me that the manager doesnt care what I have to say .... i told him he was being aggressive towards me and tells me no that he is nice to his customers..... i even asked the guy who was next In line and he  even told him he  was being aggressive he said he didnt care and told me to get out of the store ...... I hope the manager gets to read this .... i been going that store for a long time.... I Know retail can be stressful but i would never talk to customer no matter how mean they were towards me.

Excellent service.  Even when is busy. Cashiers are always very helpful.  Clean and organize store

I love this 7 eleven. I come to pick up multiple orders for people at my work every day and the staff is so friendly, helpful, and professional. Dennis is the best!

Rude employees, constrantly on their phones, and eating something. Dropped few items on the floor, then lifted put back to shelf, then served the hotdog with hand that touched the floor.
