HORRIBLE!!!!!!! NEVER EVER use your debit card to pay for ANYTHING at this store. I went there yesterday and paid $25.00 for gas at the pump, no big deal right? I do it all the time, I'm sure everyone reading this has too... A hour or so later I went into another store and my card was denied at the checkout.. 7-Eleven put a hold on my card until they "collect" for the purchase earlier!!! This was ALL the money I have until I get paid in another 5 days. The card company said it takes up to 8 hours for the hold to be released,, well as of right now 7-Eleven has yet to "collect", I call up there and told to "call back tomorrow after 10 am, the manger should be in". I ask for a corporate number to call and I am told "I don't know of any phone numbers for them". I don't blame the man I spoke with, its not his fault he was trained so horribly by 7-Eleven. In the mean time, how am I supposed to feed my family? I have absolutely no milk, bread, or ANYTHING in this house. And I mean NO FOOD WHAT-SO-EVER. As I am writing this review my hands are shaking and tears are streaming down my face, my nerves are completely shot at this point. How can this be right?? How dose this company find it justifiable to put ALL of MY money on hold until they "collect" their payment?? Best part about it is I used debit, which is immediately taken off my balance. Sorry if this is such a long rant, I'm sure no one will even read it, or care for that matter. But I'm at a dead end have no where else to go.. Thank you for completely ruining my week 7-Eleven, guess I tell my family they may get to eat tomorrow. Last night we all went to bed early so we wouldn't be hungry. guess tonight we do the same.
