So today I went there to wash my car and I paid for the deluxe wash. I went through and when I got out is was as if my car had not even gone through the wash. I went in to talk to the manager, and showed him my receipt and my car and told him that I wanted my money back. He preceded to call me a liar and said that I had not washed my car at his establishment. Then, after scanning over my receipt again, said I had washed it at an earlier time and with a different car. However, I pointed out the date on the receipt and legitimately showed him the water that was still on my car. He then said he still didn't believe me and said he'd need to view the footage. After waiting around for 30 minutes he walks out and looks disappointed that I'm still there. The manager does not say a word to me and walks outside. "I want to see if it works" is what the manager said as he told me to go through the wash again. After this wash my car still looked as though I had not even washed it. When I showed the manager he said that it was my problem and that he would not reimburse me for my money. He then turned and walked away.

The guy with the glasses that works there is nice.  The lady manager with black hair there really should not call herself a manager.  She is a horrible representative of the 711 business
