I am very disappointed in this 7-Eleven location. We have frequented this location in the past. Today was 7-11 so Slurpees were free until 7 PM. My kids were very excited to be able to go and get free Slurpees, which would be a treat because we usually get them on the weekend. Unfortunately, by the time that I got off work and picked up the kids, we didn't get to another 7-Eleven until about 6:30. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, we got up to the machine and discovered that they were out. The staff was very apologetic but there was nothing to be done. We raced across town to our "home" 7-Eleven (this location on Kiefer) and arrived at 7:15. My kids were very excited to finally be able to get the Slurpees they had been waiting for for so long. Imagine my surprise when the employee forcibly stopped us the door and demanded that we pay for the Slurpees. Keep in mind that these were not Slurpees. They were purely colored suger and not even close to frozen. I explained the situation to the employee but he was uncaring. He spoke to me in a very condescending tone while pointing at the clock, simply saying, "We are closed. It is past 7." He did not care that we had done our time at another location and, through unfortunate circumstances, had been unable to get Slurpees before 7. In fact, he had already rung up the Slurpees and demanded payment. I wasn't about to disappoint my kids so I paid. Congratulations. You have lost a frequent customer to your location because you were greedy for $2.78. From now on, we will still shop at 7-Eleven and purchase many Slurpees on hot days but we will NOT be buying them from your location. I hope putting your foot down was worth it.

I go here often for a random snack. The staff were always kind to me and helped me with every thing I needed.

The people are great the store has great stuff everything is fresh excellent service and everything is clean and slushies are updated every week man the best

We Go to 7-11 every morning at 6am for the last 2 years... I have never seen the clerk there ever in a bad mood... If we moved i would have to detour just to be able to use this store....󾌸
