I pretty much stopped going here after the ATM stopped accepting check deposits. Then, this morning I was in need of quarters to finish laundry so I walked over to buy something. First problem came up when they wouldn't do cash back on my debit card transaction. I asked if I could get change for a roll of quarters and after a bit of initial misunderstanding, the guy at the counter said he either couldn't or wouldn't give me quarters, and I should go to a bank. On a Saturday? That's why you're a CONVENIENCE store! You need to provide goods and services which the customer does not want to travel for. Not only am I never going back there, as they have nothing convenient that I want, I'm thinking about opening a competing store on the vacant lot just to the north and teaching them a thing or two about how to serve this neighborhood. I understand why so many on Google and Yelp hate this place.

"Hary" apparently thinks it's okay to tell customers they are to fat to buy snacks. Then tries to laugh it off as a joke. Definitely reporting him to corporate.

I called this location to ask for a specific product. The man could not understand what I was asking for, and he rudely responded and hung up the phone. Service very poor.
