If I could give a 0 or -5 star rating, I would... This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any place, ever. We had stopped to get gas and I saw an advertisement for 99¢ medium iced coffee. I didn't really need coffee at the time but for 99¢ I decided to give it a try. So I walked it, filled up a medium iced coffee and when I got to the counter the employee told me that they weren't doing that deal anymore even though the advertisement was clearly posted at all of the pumps outside. They forced me to buy it because I had taken a sip out of it. I told them about their signs outside and that they should be more honest. They did not have the ability to give me a refund or do a price override so they told me to come back later when their owner was around and they gave me the time to come. When I went back, all of the employees were extremely rude and still wouldn't give me a refund. Instead, they told me to leave and even said they were going to call the cops. Needless to say, I am NEVER going back to that gas station and I would advise you to do the same.

Awesome customer service! Always clean with great selection of products. The girl working the register (Earleen) was super friendly and helpful. Kudos to the owner of this 7-11 for hiring friendly and competent staff.

Visited this store this morning, Jan 1, 2017 and the customer in front of me was irritated as in his purchase someone else pumped and drove off with the 40.00 in fuel he had paid for and the cashier's on the morning shift were arguing with him in front of me. They refused to take any measure, from what I heard, to correct or make good on his purchase. With the one even calling him a name that should not be used in a customer service job and telling him it was his fault. I was irate myself in the way they handled the situation and voiced to my girlfriend that I would not even go back to the store. She informed me that it would not be right to effect other employees because of one or two , so I am voicing my concerns here and plan on contacting the store manager.

Employee expectations are way too high to work here. They expect you to do everything perfectly and fast on the second day.
