I go here for the car wash only. When you buy 4 car washes you get one free. Sounds good right? NOPE because they are too lazy to refill the receipt paper. If it's not laziness then they are doing it intentionally so you have to go into the store to get a receipt, hoping you buy something else.

Had a flat tire. Went to fill it up at the "Exact Air". Not only did it not work and deflate it more, the cashier would not refund me the $1.50. Fine, but then I purchased a can of flat fixer and when that was faulty and did not work ( It just sprayed everywhere) he said he wasn't going to take it back or give me the receipt. Literally the worst experience I have ever had. Most unhelpful and uncaring workplace. Don't buy there product or expect good service.

This store has given me many problems and it seems like all the employees are in on it. 1 there was a promotion (deal) for a medium iced coffee and either cookies or a brownie  and I acidentlly grabbed a large cup and they had argued about the deal, when I went to switch cups they moved the sign and then acted like I was crazy, I called corporate and never got a call back but when i called corporate again they said there had been a resolution and that they called me. 2 now I went to them tonight and I got gas, then I went to the side to put water in my car, cleaned up a little garbage outside, and then went in to buy cigarettes and they refused the Newport coupon I had gotten in the mail which was fine but before I left the cashier told me I can't be there for that long (keep in mind I was only there for less than 10 minutes in total) so I felt offended and when I said I hadn't been there that long she told me "you know what I mean" in a very snotty way and I have no idea what she meant. I walked out but then went back in and asked for her name, she and the other cashier ignored me and the man that seemed to be in charge despite not wearing 7/11 uniform asked me why I wanted her name and I explained that I was calling corporate and then he said that they just don't take that coupon and then I explained that I wasn't upset about the coupon I was upset about how she treated me and what she said since I am a paying customer and I wasn't there that long. He then ignored me like both females did. 3 I've never complained about this 3rd problem but on numerous occasions I have gone to use their indoor bathroom and found feces splattered all over the walls and floor, blood on the floor, and even drug paraphernalia. When I've mentioned it to them they brush it off and act like I'm just complaining and trying to start trouble meanwhile I've been trying to save them from major complaints. The absolute only reason I continue to goto this 7/11 is because I pass by it frequently and it's in a very convenient spot. However if corporate can't come to a conclusion about these huge problems, I will no longer be going to 7/11 and will make sure my message is spread. I don't want compensation I just want them to have some form of punishment for their unprofessionalism. If there were ever a place that needed an undercover boss it would be there. I feel like the entire store is crooked and that management covers up things that the rest of the staff do

I have been going to this store for 2 years now since I moved in right around the corner. Everyone except one person has been an issue through out this time. I was never going to write a review but tonight is the final straw with her. The date is 3/2/2017 you can pull me up on the video system from 11:25pm-11:35pm. Im the gentleman with grey hat gold lettering and grey polo shirt. The new guy is great the women that was working behind the counter at the time above has been my main issue. She is rude, lazy, and has no respect for your business. I have had many times where she has not helped the other cashiers with the long lines at this location. She is always cleaning but never wants to be a team player. I have talked about this with three of my friends that work for you at this location. My issue tonight was with the lottery the system. It shuts down at 12am every night unless the store is closed before that time. The new guy wanted to listen to me to put my numbers through the machine to find out but she refused to let him do that and gave me attitude about the issue. I told her I come here all the time and play at this time. I was also going to purchase a scratch off but their was a sign that said do not sell past 11pm. Fine but the lottery machine doesn't shut off till 12am. I went down the street to the shell station on federal and gateway purchased my mega millions ticket and scratch off right after I left. Now here is why this an issue for you as well. This location makes revenue from lottery sales. If she refuses to sell lottery before the time expires she is making this location lose money that could of been made for an extra hour tonight. On top of that her customer service and knowledge can damage the reputation of this location. I will no longer be purchasing anything from this store due to her. One person can bring the whole ship down. I wish the best to management in resolving this issue. Thanks!

Worst store to work for, they overwork you, under pay their workers by editing hours, and i have seen people quit before my eyes for all the terrible management skills here. It's no surprise that people have come and go so quick. No PTO or any benefits of any kind, so i wouldn't advise anyone to work here. It's a trap! Oh and by the way i was told firsthand by the manager, Matzifzur Chowdhury, to keep expired food for the first shift to cook and serve to customers. Discontinued this due to a food borne illness that happened at an Orlando, Florida 7-Eleven store and a fear that an inspector would come by to check on food safety at this store.
