I went to this 7/11 today for a cup of coffee and decided to buy 2 beef patties. I payed and asked for NAPKINS and was told we do not have napkins?! I said you serve food you should have napkins what kind of foolishness is this? The gentleman behind me said "They never have napkins". How can an establishment sell food and beverages and not have napkins for the consumer to wipe mouth or hands? Does the franchisee know this? Open a container of napkins you would sell for the consumers.

Horrible......my intentions were to get a slurpee and hot dog,chips.But,the smell changed my mind,like a dumpster. Figured ,no food, but a lottery ticket and leave.Nope,the number would've come out before he played it.Terrible service.

All the staff are all lovely, you feel more at home than at any other 7-Eleven, at least that I've been to.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've never dealt with something like this, I always go and the customer service is never good. I'm convinced that all the employees just are bad. Yesterday I went and the cashier was unwilling to let my mother pay with a $20 bill because he said it was "too late to give back a lot of change or big bills", I told him that it was okay, he could just give us $5 bills and he began getting loud and saying that he wouldn't. I've never heard of it being "to late" to give any sort of change.
