Baked goods that are delicious, you would have no idea that they’re gluten free! An amazing feat in my book, as someone who has been gluten free for 10 years. Love this place. The spinach lentil bun is my fave. Honorable shout out to the banana muffin.Food: 5/5

The best customer service I've ever had for takeout! I had a lot of allergy questions gluten and nuts and they were so careful and helpful. They also called me to let me know something was out of stock and went out of their way to make a good replacement. When there was an issue with delivery, they even called the delivery service and sat on hold for 20 mintues to try to resolve it. Really above and beyond and I will definitely order again.  Dietary restrictions: They were super on top of my allergies gluten and nuts and when they made a replacement for something that was out of stock they automatically adjusted it to avoid nuts

Normal pastries no longer interest me!  The discovering of this place is the silver lining of my gluten intolerance.  Their GF baked goods are so good that I’d still choose this over hundreds of other excellent bakeries in the city even if my gluten tolerance disappeared overnight!  In fact, my husband, who’s gluten-insensitive, says this is his favorite pastry place in the neighborhood. When you're diagnosed with Celiac disease the thought of having a crispy greasy bacon egg and cheese sandwich again is as fruitless as my attempt to come up with a good pun. You know what you find inside 7 Grain Army, crispy, greasy, egg and cheese to make you feel like you have a real gut again. That's not all, they have sandwiches, delicious hot sandwiches with melted cheese in between toasted gluten free bread that you don't need an auto immune disease to fall in love with. Walk by , stop in , grab anything you think looks delicious, you'll find something and won't be disappointed.  Dietary restrictions: Celiac safe

This spot is only open wed- Sunday but worth checking out. Outdoor seating available and you get your food fast. Chef here turns out big bold flavors and the baked selection is great too. Highly recommend the grits, tacos, and the blueberry muffin. Btw it’s all gluten free but impossible to tell, seriously. Still working my way through the menu. Check them out.

Had 3 different muffins here, and all were AMAZING!  Amazing for ANY muffin, not just for gluten-free. Only a couple small tables inside so best for take-out or very quick stop.Food: 5/5

Delicious muffins great texture and not too sweet and coffee. Great morning treat in the neighborhood. Breakfast sandwiches are great as well!
