I don't even know where to start. Items were stolen from my car. They allowed the detailers to move my car out of sight of the cameras. Assuming this meant my car was finished I went to retrieve it, I was told it wasn't finished. So I went back to the waiting area. Then the detailers came to get me. When I got in my car I noticed that items were taken out of my center console and strewn about. When I went to confront them all of a sudden no one spoke English. The manager came and wasted 45 minutes of my time to fill out an "incident report" after which I was assured I would be called by the COO to find a resolution. No such call ever came. This business hires thieves and doesn't keep up their promises. Don't get lured in by their discount washes, or you too might become a victim of theft and deception.

Great hand car wash, best in town, I drive there from Flamingo and Buffalo, just let them know if you have any concerns like moving the drivers seat or being gentle on delicate window decals.

Thorough cleaning done here. My SUV came in from NY with salt & dirt encrusted. They acid washed it & steam cleaned the undercarriage & engine compartment.

On 01/27/2018 my wife took our car in to get it wash and wax; this is a new car with no dents, dings or scratches.  When they were finished my wife did a walk around of the car and discovered a dent on the trunk lid on the passenger side. She immediately brought it to the attention of the manager on duty; he told her that they did not do it and refused to take responsibility. He wrote a incident report and said the general manager will be there on Tuesday and she can talk to him. My wife ask to see what the camera had seen, he said no. The manager on duty Eduardo said it was nothing at the car wash they could do this damage. My wife told him he was wrong there are so many items and people at the car wash who could have cause this damage. On Tuesday I called and spoke to Paul the general manager; he wanted to see the car we drove it to the car wash. Paul looked at the damage and said he would talk to the owner about repairing our car , he ask me to get an estimate; which I got and gave to him. Paul told me he would talk to owner and get back to us. It took about two weeks before I heard from him. The owner decision was that they would not fix our car; what he would do, because we were long time customers; were to give us free car washes and wax we could work out the number. I told Paul that’s crazy why would we bring our car to a place that damage it and refuses to take responsibility. So I hope this review helps those who are thinking about going to seven hills car wash knowing the kind of service they give you. We were long time customers since 2010, but it meant nothing.

Hills Hand Car Wash: We went in for the “Ultimate” package. They lost the safety clip for the drivers side floor mat, the floor mats were filthy after the water dried, they didn’t properly vacuum under the floor mats, cup holders and cubbyholes still had debri in them when they finished. The outside of our vehicle was cleaned reasonably well.
