Alps Road 76 Auto Repair & Service station in Athens, GA is simply the best. 
Mr. Charles is an honest, dependable and humble man. 
My family has taken our old cars “off and on” to Mr. Charles for over 15 years. There was a period when my husband took his new car to the dealership for service or repair because they had a TV on the wall, coffee machine and leather couches. Well, Mr. Charles doesn’t have any of this in his shop, but what he does have is a very reliable service with reasonable prices and short repair times. Typically, your car is repaired/serviced the same or next day after you drop it off. It may take longer if your car requires a part that needs to be shipped from overseas, for example.
One evening, I was driving from work and all of a sudden, I heard a metal screech/scrape sound. I parked and called Charles because I was not sure if it was safe for me to continue driving. It was right about the time he was closing his shop. He offered to stop by where I was located on his way home to look at the car!!!  He didn’t know who I was. I was just another customer. That’s the kind of man he is. I really appreciated he stopped by to assess the issue.  I ended up towing the car to his station, and it was fixed by 10 am next day.
