ALWAYS clean, staff is friendly...i don't go as often as I should.. but my husband and I ate always greeted with a" hello & a smile".

I went to get info on subscription and look at the facility since I moved into town. The lady at front desk was very unwelcoming and lacks in people skills. My daughter (13 yrs) was looking at the bikes for cardio and she rudely ask her to not touch it and that she couldn't get near the gym floor. The facility is great but there are a bunch of restrictions on equipment use. If you are planning doing box jumps or ropes they charge you for using that equipment 30 dlls more apart from basic membership. Too many restrictions on equipment and the staff I encountered was definitely a turn down for me. I found a smaller gym but with a friendly staff and no equipment restrictions.

Nice people at first then turns in to a scam when you try to cancel service. I drove 6 hours to cancel my membership because I moved to turn around a few months later to find out that they "lost" my cancellation paperwork.  I may take out a giant ad in Seguin newspaper to talk about this scam. I am furious and they refuse to make things right. Please be careful when signing a contract with this company.

This facility is great!! I've been working out here for over a year now. I am very happy and would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Plenty of equipment, friendly staff and instructors!
