I had a chance to meet Carlos owner of @8starcoffee34th the newest coffee shop in town! Looking for a nice place to sip some coffee, study? Or lounge on a sofa while you enjoy an empanada? Or maybe you are a croqueta person?! Well you have options to sit and enjoy!  Carlos is a Cuban Union City resident with a love for coffee who also graduated from our Union City High School! I love it when a business is born from within!  Stop by and support Carlos on his new venture!  I was blessed with trying a chicken empanada, delicious! A croqueta, so good, light, crunchy and easy to eat. And their Cuban Sandwich Especial! That was so good! I love my Cuban Sandwiches and I have to say this is by far my favorite! Nicely cooked, easy on the bite, the cheese nicely melted, great crunch on the bread and nicely layered! Try it out for yourself! I’m definitely going to have another the next time I’m around!
