Their employees dropped the ball as far as I am concerned. I own rentals in a state I no longer live in, therefore I need to work with companies that can be trusted to do a job right even though I am not on site. They did not. And when I communicated as much, I felt that I was brushed off until I continued to complain. At first I was told the mistakes were "an opportunity for them to do some training". No. Your men should be trained before they show up to my house unsupervised. Then I was told that my tenants did not seem displeased with the work. Well, they don't own the house, I do. And I'm not pleased. Third, I was told that even though they felt I was wrong about some outlets not working , they would fix them anyway. Was it just a coincidence that ONLY the two outlets that they had to take out to replace logs are the ones no longer working? I will not use this company again. And told them as much in an interview. As politely as possible. Maybe these issues could have been non issues had I been on site. But the reason I was not was because they moved the dates back one week because logs did not arrive for my house. My schedule did not allow me to stay an extra week. I gave only one star due to the items stated above. Once I see the work done in person as far as the actual logs go, I may give more stars. But that will have to wait until I can get back to Iowa to see for myself.

"Could not be more pleased with our project. The men were all great guys and did a superb job. They worked 20 straight days to hit the project deadline that we needed. Only criticism is that some tape got left on a couple windows but all in all, very pleased."

As a company I have no idea how good their work is. But, when an employee driving a company vehicle cuts you off and then flips you off for honking at them, it reflects negatively on the entire company and I can say that I would never consider or recommend hiring them based on the actions of the employees.

Overall a good experience. Jeremy and Chris got the job done: blasting, sanding and then re-finishing our log house in Summit County, CO, done at a very competitive and reasonable price for the pretty big project that this was..
