Honestly, this gym is just overall disappointing. 9 Rounds does give an AMAZING workout but this franchise of the gym certainly does not do it justice. I recently moved from Charleston and loved my 9 Rounds experience there. I only went a few times to this location and just never enjoyed it. I was often the only person in the gym and the lady would sit at the computer, the workouts were never posted, and she would look up when she heard the alarm and that was it. In comparison, when I worked out at a 9 Rounds in West Ashley, even when you were the only person in the gym, the trainer was beside you helping push you through the exercises and the workouts were creative and different. I have also been up to the location during business hours only for the doors to be locked and the gym to be closed. I stopped by at 5:45 one afternoon only to walk away with two other people who were unable to workout. There was no note on the door or anything. It's dissapointing because they already have such limited hours anyway. Overall, 9 Rounds is a great place to workout and get a good workout but find another location if you're able to in order to way the full experience or there is a Title Boxing Club right across Harbison that gives you a very similar workout.
