My husband and I went to 99 Hops House on a Saturday night. I prepared myself for the worst due to the reviews on here and it being a busy time, but much to our surprise it was AMAZING. The beer cheese and mustard we got with our pretzels were delicious. I got a bbq burger that was cooked perfectly (I asked for medium), my husband got a brisket cheese steak that was amazing too. Our waiter Mo was very friendly and energetic. Definitely will be going again!

If you're looking for an awful experience then this is the place for you. I've given this place three chances and now I'm OUT! False advertising is only the beginning. None of their meats are actually smoked and the nacho cheese sauce tastes like paste. Don't waste you time talking to any of the managers because they'll only give you a long blank stare. When the Servers tell you the food is awful and that they don't eat there EVER, you know you're in trouble. Stick to the delicious classics like Gittos and you'll be fine.

Ordered to go. Took 40 minutes for a Cubano sandwich that is supposed to come with fries. No fries in order and the sandwich was terrible. It is supposed to have house mustard and pulled pork on it but i could not find either one in the sandwich. I would never eat there again. I am sure this is a regular occurrence as food only comes out this way when no one in management cares at all!

The reason for giving three stars is this, 

It's a bar, not a restaurant,  our food took longer than I'd have liked to get to us, but the staff was friendly enough and when the food finally got to us, it wasn't half bad...for bar food.

It's also probably the most affordable place to eat at Hollywood casino.
