Went for dinner with 2 adults and 2 small grandchildren. Waited 25 minutes for a table, waited 15 minutes for waitress to take drink order. I ordered ice tea and asked her to bring sugar. She delivered the drinks, and no sugar. I reminded her again. Another wait.... finally got sugar and she took order. Food was slow, another 20 minutes, and kids were getting antsy. Food was thrown on the table and waitress practically ran away as we were trying to tell her there were no utensils or napkins on the table. Waited again. Finally asked for utensils and napkins and there was another wait, way too long for such a simple and noticeable request! Waitress brought utensils and TWO napkins and ran. 4 year old wanted a spoon. Waitress finally came back and we told her we wanted a spoon and more napkins, more than just TWO for the whole table. She disappeared again. I asked the girl at the front desk for a manager. He came over and I told him what had happened, and he said I shouldn't be "attacking" his employee!! Needless to say, this place SUCKS and I will never set foot in there again. This manager was out of line and doesn't care about customers! For goodness sake, at least provide napkins and utensils to eat the food! Horrid experience. NO TIP for this one!! Unacceptable!

Great food. Friendly service. Had the "sandwich of the day", a Philly Cheese Steak with sauteéd peppers, onions and mushrooms in a wrap and fries on the side with a raspberry iced tea. They forget the horseradish sauce. I was told the reason my bill was higher than I was told it would be was because my wrap wasn't a regular menu item so the computer charged me separately from the meal. They apologized and fixed it. Honest mistake. Will definitely be going back.

Great meals excellent service and a discount for veterans. Went back for lunch on Tuesday had a great lunch New Orleans Shrimp just enough heat lots of flavor good size portion. Great service from Sarah!

Friendly customers, great waitress, great food. Only one issue - ok 2. While I was taking my disabled companion to the restroom in her wheelchair, the manager (according to another customer) came and took away our take home boxes. I was able to get them back, but shouldn't have had to go to the trouble. Also the waitress that I bumped into for help with this could have had a more accommodating attitude. She got them, but acted like it was a bother. After my companion dropped her dental piece on the ground and we were not sure where, I went back in to check the floor inside. The same waitress was now at the desk and asked what was wrong - again with an attitude. Another waitress standing nearby walked with me to check at the same time, very nicely. Outside, there were 3 customers that stopped to help us until it was found. We're very great full. Also, we want to sincerely thank the very generous guests that paid for our meal without introducing themselves. It was quite a roller coaster ride while there. 😀

Excellent lunch, friendly and infomative server. A delicious turkey club and cold beer. I have never been disappointed at the 99 Restaurant.
