So I called the Wallingford 99 today to order to go and I was put on hold and the young girl Alisha who answered the phone says I will be two seconds. I wait 5 minutes on hold and I know that because I have a timer on my phone. I call back and ask her if she forgot about me on hold and she says no it was only two seconds. I explain to her that it wasn't because I have a timer and she argues with me and asks for my order. I will not be ordering to go from them again which make me mad because I order a salad form them weekly but because of her I will give my business to someone else. Instead of arguing with me a simple apology would have been better.

Came at 2 pm. It took a while to get seated and waited on (seemed even longer because we were hungry and wanted a quick bite to eat). But once everything got going the staff were really nice. Beef vegetable soup was good. It was good temperature. Ordered black bean burger and honey bbq chicken wrap with coleslaw. We sat at the bar. The bartender was nice and friendly.

Always a good time here. The wait staff have watched our daughters grow from a carrier to a high chair to booster seats. Always friendly when we arrive and we always feel like they are part of our family. When a place keeps the staff that long it usually means that they are happy. It shows through whenever we go.

The staff is always friendly and courteous and everything seems completely clean. The only issue I have is that sometimes the food isn't on par with what it should be. I know this because I come here every couple of weeks and get the same thing.
