This place is awesome!! I had an amazing 30 min workout and my entire body was sore and feeling great the following day. The trainers are  really good with keeping you motivated and pushing you to your full potential. I would definitely recommend 9Round to assist you in getting into kick ass shape💪👊

Great workout.  Knowledgeable instructors who encourage you to do better try your best and attain your goals.  The community group atmosphere encourages accountability to work harder and be healthier!

I love this place!  I don't have to decide what machines or weights I'm going to use because the workout is planned out, set-up and ready to go.  I joined when it opened and I'm getting great results.  All you have to do is show up.  I actually look forward to going to the gym - I haven't felt that way in almost 20 years.

This workout is challenging but quick and so much fun! The trainers are awesome and the workouts change daily so there's always a new challenge! Great atmosphere and people! I go 4-5 times a week and have lost 20lbs since February!
