I look forward to going to 9Round everyday . The trainers are the best. I started going to 9Round in Oct 2016. It was the best decision I made. I wasn't sure what to think of it at first. I always said I wouldn't do group exercise but this is so much more than just exercise. The positive energy keeps me coming back everyday and my health is better everyday.

I can't say enough good things about this place!  I've been a member since December 2015, and since then I've lost 13 pounds and cut my body fat percentage in half while still gaining muscle mass.  It's so easy to fit this workout into your schedule, because there are no set class times and you're done in 30 minutes.  The trainers are friendly and encouraging, and the workouts vary daily so you never get bored.

I don't know where to start.  The trainers are AWESOME.  Variety and adaptability are key, and this place nails it.  9round is a very positive experience, you can't go wrong.

This is the only workout I have stayed committed to and have been going almost everyday for the past 2 years.  I love the trainers and the other members.  Greatest way to start my day.
