This place was awesome! Ellen got everything rolling for me and Brett (who owns the truck and trailer) when I was broke down on a Sunday at that! The toyhauler was brand new (with warranty) and she dealt with the dealer and manufacturer when they tried to say it was either Bretts fault or my fault that the brakes ceased up. She got them to pay for repairs and services. If you ever need a repair to your trailer I suggest calling up Ellen!! Awesome Lady. Thank you for taking care of us.

This place is a money pit. They charged me $112.00 for a $20.00 job. They were charging me, $136.00 because they were  charging me $20.00 for the tire plugs they were using, even though they cost less than $5.00 each. Which they had "already" charged me for.
Stay away from this place!

WARNING, RIP OFF Mechanic Shane will allow a mechanic there to give you one price and will Jack Up the Bill when you come to pick up your semi by $2000.00!!! 
    My 13 speed started rattling 150 miles East of their shop in Valparaiso, IN and I live in Minnesota! After calling my shop in Minnesota and calling A1 Repair to get estimate on pulling and fixing my transmission, I decided to let A1 Repair do the work to keep from Causing a Full Failure of the Transmission and having to purchase a new one at $4500.00 (Estimate From Jim and Shane was "Remove and Replace Trans, $1200 Max and about $3000 to rebuild Trans, This was on a Friday evening. Trans was going to be pulled over the weekend and trans mechanic(Outside Mechanic) would repair the trans, they'd have the truck ready by Wednesday evening. Truck wasn't finished until Saturday. Wife and I drove from Minnesota to pick up our truck and was told around 2pm cst that the bill was $6900.00!!!! Get to the shop and meet Shane to go over bill, 6 disk clutch ($1957.40), some bill he Flashed in my face for $125 that I was billed almost $300 for, $1500 labor(was quoted $1200)....VERY RUDE A**TARD Shane Is!!! I had to walk outside at one point to keep my composure because he said I wouldn't get my semi if the Full $6900 Rip Off Bill wasn't paid! I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER ABOUT THIS OPERATION!!! Mechanic Shops Like this is Where the term "Highway Robbery" comes from! STAY AWAY!

I worked a little over a month for this company but yet to be paid ! Ellen Hiegal has money for her drug habit , but no money for the people who worked and made her company money !! Is wrong !!

Towing is a scam they split money with another company so they end up charging more.they are not a 24 hour repair shop ,had me waiting for 3 plus hours for them to send a truck at 8 am because that's when they open.mechanics were the only good thing about this place Shane was very knowledgeable,and explained things great.
